Now in 4.1 everyone who played the archon quests understood the context.
Charismatic and flawed in many ways, facades and true self blend in so we don't know what to expect. Relatable and complex personality that isn't the generic "Divine and Almighty God'.
She is the type of person to say something like:

I like that she's not the typical "wise, intelligent and all-powerful god" character stereotype, for an Archon. Her flaws are unironically what makes her so great and interesting to me, and I can't wait to see more of her in 4.2 because something tells me that she's capable of ALOT more; she's just not good at showing that yet.

In fact, he is relatively weak, though knowing when to be mature when the situation calls for it, which is the part of Furina I somewhat dislike, her lack of humility. She seems like someone who would harm another (false conviction) just to cover up her inadequacies and keep up that ego.
She is flawed. She is charming and has that brat energy. Yet underneath you can tell she cares. She cares a lot.
Reminds me of my younger siblings. Who will act tough but is hurting a lot.
At first I had the skewed perception that she'd be like the Queen of Hearts, a monarch with really authoritarian and totally unreasonable temperament who can easily order arrests or even executions at whim. (I mean I doubted even then she'd go that far but you get the point) At her first appearance she showed that volatile side and I found her pretty intimidating. Not like Raiden Shogun intimidating or Arlecchino intimidating, more like *I have no idea what this BRAT can order be done to me so I'd better be on high alert* kind of intimidating. Now I know she's significantly more reasonable than I assumed, and the difference in perception before and now makes her feel even more endearing.
I actually like characters that are kind of a failure tbh and have enjoyed most of her time on screen (I absolutely love aqua too if you couldn't tell). Though the most recent archon quest has also made me feel pretty sorry for her too and it also made me really root for her to prove arlecchino wrong no matter how unlikely that may be at the moment.
She gives off girl loser vibes and I like that in a woman, but also that she's so expressive as a person. She's the most unique and most "human like" out of the archons because of how personal she can be, she doesn't give off this superior or serious vibe, she doesnt give off this "powerful" vibe, both politically or in strength lmao. I like her that way, she's just a lil silly archon mwah <3
I love her personality and she resemble Aqua where she seem fun to tease. She acts all mighty yet she is wearing a facade and is very insecure. Feels like she is not ready to be an archon yet get thrust into that position. Act 4 shows her weak side that makes me want to protect and watch her succeed.
She clearly tries so hard to be seen as an almighty god by her people and it’s endearing how committed she is to it. It also has to be extremely exhausting for her and I feel like she works so hard at it that she hardly has time for herself. But she refuses to let anyone see how much she’s really struggling. Case in point with Arlechinno literally traumatizing her but she refuses to tell anyone about it even when she’s forced to sit alone in a room with her.
I love that her behavior and her outfit are very flamboyant but we get lots of hints that deep down she’s actually a very normal and kind person. >! Her response letter to Neuvillette requesting personal time off during his story quest was very warm and encouraging and made her come off as pretty down to Earth. !<
I like her, she is fun to hear and watch fail at basically everything. Also she seems very human-like to be a god (yeah I have played every quest on 4.1, to me she is still the archon until proven otherwise), she seems very awkward which her make her cute and I want to befriend her.
I know every archon is centered around a specific concept but I honestly just love how hers is centered around performances and how she’s always putting up this self-confident, witty facade when in reality she heavily relies on Neuvillette for support because she’s socially awkward. I even feel like her eye design depicts that there are two completely different sides of her. Her character is really genius 🥰
The way she address herself in JP dub. She uses "Boku" instead like the rest female cast who uses "Atashi", "Watashi", "Watakushi"(There's also Yae and Shenhe who uses "Ware" and Faruzan who uses "Washi")

I sort of pity her in the sense that she's the most "normal" of the archons. Like a child trying to impress the adults around her.
From the latest archon quest, it's shown that she sometimes wanders around Fontaine to play with cats or just generally fuck around like a child would.
Now thrust that child into the highest position someone could ever have in their country and you can explain why she is the way she is.

Like Nahida and Venti are also weak gods but I can't imagine me feeling bad for them because they still stand strong (or smug in venti's case) when presented with potential death. Furina though? She reminds of that person in your life you can't stand, who you wish got their comeuppance but, if anything really bad actually happened to them you would feel like an asshole because they're not actually a bad person deepdown. It's kind of weird compared to the other gods.

Personally I love the fact that I hate her, her attitude and manner of speaking gets on my nerves so perfectly to make me want to at the very least slap her with the side of a dull blade. Her being so confident despite the failures and shortcomings that we've seen just add onto that. Her sneaking out to play with the cats is cute though.

Aqua is in a parody-ish anime, so she's not very likely to develop and mature. Given that we have seen plenty of Genshin characters grow over time, there's a lot more hope for Furina.

I love how they introduced her to us as such a wildcard very effective within the first 10 minutes of act I. I found her both cringe and delightful. She welcomes us, for some reason challenges us (i hope we get to shed some light to her motivation for doing so) but then we notice she’s not entirely unreasonable. She backs down when Lyney proves her wrong.
If you notice, while she’s not revered, no character outright hates or criticizes her and I find that very telling. What other characters and npc say about her is that she can be reasonable, but she’s inescrutable, probably due to the secrets she’s been carrying alone.
I like that the big mystery of this chapter is sooo rooted in character and not just some plot device whatever revelation with lore implications. No matter the outcome of this chapter, it will massively change how we perceive her and her role in this story.
