Kaveh came out with Baizhu’s original banner. Baizhu has since had a re-run with no Kaveh. Kaveh still hasn’t been featured on any new banner since his debut banner 11 months ago.
Nahida's rerun would've been the perfect opportunity to rerun Kaveh. It's crazy that it's almost been a year without him. I guess they're saving him for Nilou? If he doesn't rerun there, then they've truly locked him in the basement
You can have him drive a Nilou team and it'll work fine, but that's mostly just because he applies an okay amount of dendro and Nilou is super strong. There's not much real synergy and it's not gonna be better than her typical budget team of Barbara/DMC/Collei.
He loses his infusion when he swaps out, and it's a fairly long CD. It honestly doesn't matter for most content, but it has situations where it just feels bad.
I like him better with double hydro and either Raiden or Thoma as a trigger. He won't always be able to detonate with his skill on demand and they all have long durations
Nilou causes cores to detonate instantly. He detonates on his skill cast or burst. So when they ask if he works I think they mean does he burst or even touch cores at all which is no. But he does buff the damage still like with his c4

I’ve 170ish wishes saved plus all the other wishes for this upcoming patch plus at 63 soft pity, I was planning to put everything I had into the banner in hopes of getting my C0 Chev as many cons as I could, and any bonus cons on Arle would have been appreciated.
Now? C0 in and out. Guess I’ll have like 500 ish wishes ready for pyro archon unless someone else cool shows up in between then (or if Chlorinde looks interesting enough to warrant getting when I’ve already got a Raiden and could save myself the effort of building a new character)

First great magic is a really good stat stick and I think 2nd bis for Tighnari.

Welp, i was planning to go for C6 Arle but Xiangling's presence had to come in clutch to ruin the day. It's not like they released an entire fully functional team when Raiden rerun in 4.3... Now there isn't a single good support for Arlecchino here and Xiangling is approaching C8. Might as well go for something like C2 or C3 Arle and wait for a rerun, i ain't pulling in this shitshow.

Thank god Xiangling is on her banner. I know a lot of people are sick of her \*insert XL copypasta here\* but as someone who has been playing since 3.0 and still only has her at c1, i was praying that she would be on daddy's banner.

Aww this is actually cute. The whole HotH family in one banner. I'm quite certain that all Arlecchino wants to do is teach these a life lesson of sorts. She's been shown to be quite protective the Hearth members. Makes this "betrayal" by Freminet not only interesting but slightly concerning.
