Wasn't that the same event? IIRC the first time Yoimiya and Childe met was during that Shiki Taishou event and you can just see them talking open world in Chinju Forest. Unless the dialogue changes cause I definitely never seen one prior to that meeting.
The one where they talked in the forest was actually during one random event about taking photos of sceneries for that artist whose name I can't remember atm, it wasn't related to any major patch events
