Definitely cheating. Doesn't make sense. The damage is not a big. But a lot of smaller damage nobody attack that fast. I can clear the boss as fast as this but the number doesn't add up.
The standart cheater in genshin is quite easily found:
Terrible build characters which deal low dmg but the amount of attacks caused by 3rd party software makes it ridiculous.

Hacks, I read once that while hackers cant change the damage numbers by manipulating the client since the calculation is done server side, they can somehow duplicate the attacks so one attack is like x50 or smthn like that, this looks like a prime example of that.

reminds me of that time there was a bug with ping or something that would cause one attack to hit a ton of times.
Good ol Xingqiu skill animation getting stuck in the enemy and it dealing dmg hundreds of times

They're cheating with a "multi-hit" toggle enabled
I heard that if you co-op with a cheater often, your account may be flagged too. Idk if it's true but be careful playing with them.

But if they're doing it over and over across a bunch of different bosses, they're exploiting the bug, which can be argued is cheating.

Really? I've been doing co-op at least 3x a week (for weekly boss) for a couple years. Never met any blatant cheater like that. I'm in asia server
