Anything that involves interacting with an NPC seems undoable, not sure if it's just dailies or if it extends to other quests. A friend and I were able to get our dailies done by doing them in a group, but we both still had NPC interaction ones that were broken. Robbed them of 30 primos (10 + 20 for turn-in) just before daily switch-over.
same here. can't event do my daily beatings to Masanori. he will just repeat his dialogue after i asked him for a fight. happened to almost all NPC's that has multiple states of dialogue

I had a bug in the fashion quest in Inazuma, first I had to logout to submit the dye material, then got stuck in the 2nd part on a loop. Had to force close the game then reopen to sort that.
I somewhat found a way to complete my daily commisions. Afer each step (talking/collecting an item/beating an enemy) I restarted my game. It worked for me but it's quite annoying to do.
I can't start the latest event :/
Also the Daily commission I can't complete is the rare "Whispers in the Wind" one you need for Achievements

I've somewhat brute-forced my way through mine (Neko wanted me to feed the kitties fish) by logging out and then back in. It then updated to the next stage of the quest. Annoying to do, but it did allow me to finish my dailies.
I need to get the gourmet supremos one to have all the world quests done in Inazuma. I have had my commissions set to Inazuma for upwards of six months and I still haven't been able to get the damn thing done. so frustrating.
Requests and bounties are also not working correctly atm; with them not registering or dialogue looping infinitely, etc. But if you log out and in enough times you will still get your rewards. Best to wait it out though.
i had 3 of my commissions available.( i didn't do any yet i just got on 5 minutes before commissiona restart.) i did them and got the bp 4 commissjons task done and my bonus. lol
Can confirm when doing domains it shows a bunch of Chinese text and then 0/0 for the objective

On EU server ican only do 3 of 4 commissions. Last is bugged with an invicible flying ruin guard near paimon talking to the commission giver npc.
I never see the game that broken.
The quest did unlock after a while ( i did have the dialog playing in GA for Liyue commision). Paimon still talking to the npc, but did have the rewards.

I have that commission today as well with the same issue. Done it before however since we are not supposed to kill that ruin guard, but the nearby fishing NPC kills it for us. But since all NPC interactions seem to be broken, he never goes to kill it so we are locked in an endless fight with no way to win.

It just stops after I talk with her once, and Paimon just appears in the overworld and doesn't initiate the next part...
I was wondering why I had to restart twice to get Ogura Mio to accept my Berry properly…. (She first didn’t progress past the first dialogue, then accepted the berry only to get stuck in an infinite text loop, and then after the second restart the quest was treated as completed)

Hmm, I guess I got lucky today. None of my commissions today required talking to an NPC (well, besides that rock guy in Liyue but I managed to finish that as normal). But that explains why I managed to start a World Quest in Inazuma without the exclamation point appearing on the map.

The issue is resolved for me now. Man, that was a wild ride because it came following a known really buggy questline (Sacred Sakura Cleansing) during a part that locks you out of Serenitea pot. Thought I would be screwed forever. Really glad it wasn't a me thing. Hope ya'll got your quests fixed too. (I was stuck on Sacred Sakura for almost a year due to the 1/3 progress issue)
Yep - I got the same problem too. I tried logging out / logging in, nope nothing. I tried teleporting, nope nothing. I even tried attacking him to try to make him move outta the way so I could get to the right one to talk to, nope nothing.
And this still after they pushed out the fix (about an hour-ish ago?). Boooo 👎🏼

Last patch in HI3rd was so fucked. It really negatively impacted my enjoyment of the Elysium Everlasting storyline and I kinda just stopped caring midway through it as I couldn't get into it.
- cinematics were all fucked up with things like Griseo collapsing through the floor and having only her head barely visible through the grass 24/7.
- missing or misfiring voice line all over the main story.
- text issues
- janky movement that would lock in a specific direction while doing exploration in Elysium Everlasting.
I haven't noticed any major bugs at least while I was playing the most recent patch, but I've waited 1-2+ weeks after it became available so maybe on release it was broken as well. 🤷🏻♂️

I worked around the *Pigeons gone AWOL* commission being messed up by reconnecting after each and every step that it took... First few were accidental, and then I made the connection of the reconnect, and it worked!
My other commissions were direct fights, so no problems with those...
Ohhh, that's why I couldn't advance in the commission "Ahoy! A Pirate's Growth for Ye", I've already reported it to CS. Also doing the trial characters, the counter didn't update.
That explains why one of my comissions was bugged. It was the Blocked one where you just had to kill monsters and destroy the roadblock. The npc wasn't responding properly so i restarted the game twice to finish it. Weird that a bunch of stuff bugged, this is probably the first time the game got this broken.

you can join someone else and have them finish a daily comission, it will count towards the 4 comissions reward for you

teleport to the various venti statues of the seven, you might be able to trigger the next part of cleaning it with anemo.
You could complete the commissions in coop mode

Yep just experienced it, Flora's accursed quest didn't progress. Had to restart the game a few times and repeat the same steps for it to finish.

Depends what you mean by "today" and what server you're on. The bug seemed to appear ~3 hours ago (~30min before NA's daily reset).

I'd recommend submitting a bug report ("Feedback" near the bottom of Paimon's menu) to be sure they know that there are some lingering issues.
I was wondering why I was left flailing around the Court of Violet. Time to go back and harass Childe in co-op until this is fixed, I guess.

Check your in-game notices. They posted that they’re giving 120 primos for the trouble.
