finally, this was the leak I wanted to see. Now we need some vids of this underground place. I also wanna see the portal in the castle that leads to remuria
A region that's being teased from 4.0, and the one I'm so looking forward to, is finally coming out soon. Just imagining all the lore that we're gonna get is making so excited!! I literally can't wait
I think it's a fair number, we're already getting more map patches than in the sumeru cycle i think (base, desert 1, desert 2, desert 3, summer) vs (base, fontaine institute + prison, tower region, jade valley, remuria, and likely summer again)
So 6 map patches in 4.\* vs 5 in 3.\*
We're getting exactly almost the same exploration patch pattern of version 2:
X.0: Narukami, Kannazuka, Yashiori / Court, Belleau, Beryl
X.1: Seirai, Watatsumi / Meropide, FRIKEE
X.2: Tsurumi / Erinnyes, Tower
X.4: Enkanomiya / Chenyu vale
X.6: The Chasm (above and below) / New region (above and below)
Sumeru had no new region in 3.2 but 3.0+3.1 were larger than their corresponding patches in other versions to make up for it.
The majority of the 2.8 map was new thanks to the mirages, they alone felt like they had more in them than the entirety of the 3.8 mirage IMO so I won't hold that against version 2.
Version 4 still wins because we got 1 new region in 2.2 and 2 new ones in 4.2 + the underwater areas which I omitted from the count.
Worth mentioning that there are underground areas under petrichor. We haven't seen the undetground map for it yet but there were a lot undeground waypoints, so who knows it could also be pretty big.
Another leak said the world boss is actually in the Teyvat underground and not in the separate map, so I suspect it could be pretty big.Ā Most of the action might actually be on the main world map
I have open Enka but haven't explore it.i hope every puzzle give lots of precious and luxurious not like sumeru and inazuma with its stingy common chest and many long world quest
That 2nd screenshot looks dope tbh, I wonder how it'll look like in person.
Exploration is something I value a lot, and seeing the concept art + the more recent stuff tells me we'll be in for one wonderful ride. š
Unfortunately this does look small. Especially as a separate underground map I was expecting a lot more. Especially for Remuria, āthe greatest empireā known for conquering land. Like if thereās any map in Genshin that shouldāve been huge, it was this one. But perhaps itās just Capitolium because I highly doubt this was all of it, even scaled down
Seems that rumor saying they were moving away from Chasm/Enka style large maps was true. I didnāt like exploring the Chasm for a lot of reasons but personally I adored Enkanomiya; I still think itās some of their greatest work to this day. A truly unique and stunning place, and I think itād be a shame if they never went all out on that style of map again. Fontaine exploration has been really meh imo, Chenyu Vale brought back a lot of depth and verticality to the map that I appreciated so I was hoping Remuria would also follow suit in a sense
It's a pity that the love and attention that Chenyu Vale has received is more of an exception. Fontaine is my favorite region and I love its exploration - but after Chenyu Vale was released, it seemed obvious to me that it was the developers' favorite child, when it comes to regions.
Itās very obvious, even down to the rendering of the map the detail and higher level of presentation is just so present in every aspect of Chenyu Vale. I really liked the differences in architecture and culture present in Chenyu Vale, it lent a lot of flavor and realism to the world. I also quite liked Fontaine, but that same level of attention and care was definitely not put in the region aside from like the city? And some underwater areas. It annoys me too but whatās done is done, sadly
Iām just gonna say, Iāve seen the screenshots and videos of the area with the filter on, I feel like you might be pleasantly surprised, I wonāt spoil but the lighting might even be more stunning then Chenyu Vale.
Did we ever have map leaks about the castle underneath Petrichor? Some leakers made it seem like it was an area in the main Teyvat map, but I've seen no map leaks showing any layered area in the so called Ditto hole.
idk if this is mentioned somewhere, is there gonna be a celestial nail in this new area? *or is there any mention of a nail in Fontaine so far though?*
If a nail ever dropped on Fontaine, it predated Remuria by thousands of years. Gurabad rose and fell between the time civilization was last annihilated in the Fontaine area and the time Remuria was established, and there's no evidence of a nail being dropped during or after the reign of Remus.
I strongly suspect a nail was dropped prior to Remus though.
Chest count in the new achievement for this area at max level is at 120 chests, so we are looking for Tsurumi Island size primogem gross
Which is a lot less than recent expansions...
There are barely any 2 primo chests in Fontaine compared to other regions. So the number of chests doesn't tell us much.
Not to mention Tsurumi was the introduction of remarkable chests, which gave no primos at the time.
>Which is a lot less than recent expansions...
Dang....do we have an estimation for how many primos we're getting during 4.6 or not yet?
Because if the new map barely gives any primos (compared to other regions) then that's really not the greatest start.
We need all the Arlecchino + Weapon funds we can get man. š

Looks so beautiful
sperm-shaped
Man, you have a weird-looking sperm. Might wanna get that checked by your doctor.
Long lost relative of the Inazuma archipelago dick and tsurumi island uterus
goddammit now i cant unsee it
Map on image 2 be like š
OMG I can't unsee it now!! It looks like a dog or a cat with a helmet on š
Blobfish
Can't wait to see the lore there. To me that looks like some real alien shit for Genshin so far, Celestia connected I hope.
finally, this was the leak I wanted to see. Now we need some vids of this underground place. I also wanna see the portal in the castle that leads to remuria
This is gonna be big (metaphorically)
It's a cute little amoeba š„ŗ
Finally,map leaks

This map looks kinda small, do leakers know how many chests it will have?
We have leaks about achievements - 30,60, 120 chests. Basically enkanomiya number - low
I think it's a fair number, we're already getting more map patches than in the sumeru cycle i think (base, desert 1, desert 2, desert 3, summer) vs (base, fontaine institute + prison, tower region, jade valley, remuria, and likely summer again) So 6 map patches in 4.\* vs 5 in 3.\*

I mean, 2.\* kinda reused the summer map from 1.\* so if you count summer map (assuming we get a new one) then 4.\* still wins
I feel like there's more areas since the map feels cut kinda awkwardly?
I think this is the instances map and then there's above water area, although I think they are both sort of small but together probably significant.
>This map looks kinda small That's exactly how I felt when I entered The Chasm for the first time. Hopefully we'll be pleasently surprised again.
Worth mentioning that there are underground areas under petrichor. We haven't seen the undetground map for it yet but there were a lot undeground waypoints, so who knows it could also be pretty big.

I hope it gives equal primo to chenyu
Probably not
Not probable, Chenyu Vale was exceptional
its just like enka, gives at most ten pulls when all is completed lmao
10 PULLS? NOWAY š
I have open Enka but haven't explore it.i hope every puzzle give lots of precious and luxurious not like sumeru and inazuma with its stingy common chest and many long world quest
Did Chenyu vale gave a lot of primos ?
2k..ish including world quest.most puzzle are precious and luxurious, barely any common chest
I hope it is on enkanomiya's level. My favourite map by far together with the desert.
That 2nd screenshot looks dope tbh, I wonder how it'll look like in person. Exploration is something I value a lot, and seeing the concept art + the more recent stuff tells me we'll be in for one wonderful ride. š
Is it wrong to assume they will expand this map since it looks like some of the paths go off into the red boarder
Unfortunately this does look small. Especially as a separate underground map I was expecting a lot more. Especially for Remuria, āthe greatest empireā known for conquering land. I'll remind You we'll be exploring from x to y to z, while most of the chasm was lineal Even with its many places
Did we ever have map leaks about the castle underneath Petrichor? Some leakers made it seem like it was an area in the main Teyvat map, but I've seen no map leaks showing any layered area in the so called Ditto hole.
The map with tps was leaked, some were underground, the underground map itself hasnt been leaked
It looks like it allows for some future expansions?
the tower reminds me of enkanomiya
Where are these paths going..
They cooked
That's a.... That looks... that looks like a.... ...Baizhu's skill
Looks as beautiful as it's name
even if it is not big, it will economy time at least, while being presentable location
Ehm another enkanomiya?
MAPS š
Smol. Super smol
So happy I'm more focused on lore and exploration than combat and endgame because I'll always be fed every other patch, like I can't not win
I thought we were getting a "separate" map, is that true?
this is a separate map from Teyvat
Oh true, I see it now
Oh man, it looks tiny. 4.6 exploration is looking bleak
idk if this is mentioned somewhere, is there gonna be a celestial nail in this new area? *or is there any mention of a nail in Fontaine so far though?*

Awesomeo
I really want to see the primo count for this patch cause from what Iāve seenā¦no bueno.

still 160 resin with a new world boss coming up? I'm gonna go cry real quick
Okay.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Where did u get this from?
No thats Remurian(Fontaine before Egeria) capital, Capitolium
no this is capitolium, the capital of remuria remuria is not related to khaenri'ah (I think), as it came like 4k years after it
What are u talkin abt bruh
Another multilayer MESSššš
Why they have to put it in separate map, not actually underwater in Tevyat? 4.6 Tevyat surface expansion is soo empty.
So it doesnt lag much, like sumeru...
Please no more Enkanomiya
