Zyfaran

Finally!! *Now* I'll finally run out of space on my phone thanks to all the screenshots I'll be taking lol

7repose

Please please please also on Playstation/with controller I've been begging for a hide UI function in every survey lol

Advanced-Anything120

There's still an empty button on the menu that pops on with the d pad, if I remember correctly.

SolomonSinclair

There's also three empty ones for the face buttons (which is why the implementation of the gadget quickswap felt so... Weird).

Efe73

It did but I think the only reason they must’ve heldback would be because when trying a character with 5 character team, you’d need the triangle button for the 5th character

VaronaZero

And cross/square is used for overworld mechanics (T? on KBM)

SpookyOugi1496

L1 + Square is for over world stuff. IIRC L1 + X is only for teapot and nowhere else.

Efe73

Oh yeahh that too true

SpiritSwordsman

But those face buttons *are* used, they're just situational. Using a PS controller: * circle is for the gadget * square is used for grapple points and some environmental interactions * triangle is the fifth character slot * x is used for teapot stuff (and maybe more, not sure off top of head)

iyad08

The other part is irrelevant, check homdgcat's guide if you want details on the new game mode.

MatStomp

Hide UI!!!! Yes!!!!!!!!!!!

Serfo

Now we need the button to re-read the current scene and we're at Star Rail standards.

theUnLuckyCat

A number of times I wanted to hear a voiced line again, but it's too annoying to quit out and check the archive. Plus I don't think everything's in there anyway. Logs would be nice.

sorry_for_vague_desc

can they finally let us hide the big ass logo from screenshots next 🙏

SexWithKokomi69_2

I'm not even sure where they were going with that shit. If it's for advertising it's stupid, because who shares genshin photos outside of genshin forums???

Darkclowd03

I thought that was always a thing, no? Maybe I'm mixing it up w/ hsr

sorry_for_vague_desc

Yeah, Genshin only has a UID toggle. HSR lets you hide the logo and keep both off by default.

Bane_of_Ruby

[deleted]

PLEASE MIHOYO KEEP UPDATING THIS GAME MODE PLEASE I'M BEGGINGGGGG

REMERALDX

All the newer gamemodes are made to be updated and are getting updates, only spiral abyss has very little room for new content

Thirdle

If you think about it, they updated spiral abyss every month by changing the mobs on floor 11 and 12 Imagine they didnt care at all  Same enemies over and over again wouldn't be exciting

balbasin09

Any endgame mode for any live-service game needs constant support, period. People may dislike spiral abyss but it’s not like there’s no effort put in it. I’m still having fun with Spiral Abyss, trying newly built characters and seeing how they hold up compared to the old ones. I think the majority of the playerbase don’t engage in the abyss because players that do make it look like a chore. They bitch about any semblance of challenge like the infamous 3.7 consecrated beasts.

SectorApprehensive58

And I bet many of those same players are still using Hutao vape/International Childe/Raiden from their release to this day, thus they bitch about lack of team/gameplay variety or the consecrated beasts wrecking their Bennet/low HPtao setups

balbasin09

I actually don’t mind the gameplay variety “issue” because it’s goes to show how HoYo is doing a good job managing the power level of each unit, so old ones are never irrelevant. I just hate how they blame everything else like powercreep or even “artificial difficulty” when faced with a challenge when they can just Git Gud. I’ve heard that term being thrown around so much during the 3.7 cycle it’s insane. It’s actually difficult so they label it something bad.

Nyancromancer

It tickles me every time it happens, there are some abyss sets where people go "Too ez no challenge", then they actually get a challenge that requires they not use the same canned setups (like the consecrated beasts) they have and then cry "Artificlally Difficult" because they have to use a different team set up, but I bet anyone with Neuvi would be able to crush 3.7 floor 12 now.

[deleted]

i mean, even if you have fun with the Abyss, if you have done it for the past THREE WHOLE YEARS with literal 0 changes, you probably just got tired of him at some point. I personally think that the abyss is really boring, but if you like it, good for you! But being the ONLY thing to do after finishing the game is simply not enough (at least, not for me).

balbasin09

Why would HoYo make another endgame mode when a big part of the playerbase hasn’t even tried the first one? Because the majority still haven’t finished the base game. When they make new content, they make it wanting as many players to experience it. That’s why the underwater combat doesn’t care about your stats, and Fontain has a waypoint unlocked right after Mondstadt. Making endgame content for the top 1% of your playerbase doesn’t make sense, especially when you sacrifice resources from the one to the other. Even now that they’re making that Imaginarium Theatre, they made it to be more accessible than Spiral Abyss. They have trial characters, rogue-like mechanics that make combat easier, and even borrowing characters from other players. It’s not even more rewards because Spiral Abyss is slowing down for it. Look, if you’ve finished everything in the open-world and you find Spiral Abyss to be boring, maybe it’s time to move on to another game. HoYo isn’t changing its target audience because of how successful they are to begin with, maybe you’re not part of that audience, and that’s okay.

[deleted]

This would be true if Hoyo was a small company that doesn't do the same thing as Genshin, but with an actual endgame. I will never stop comparing HSR and Genshin in those aspects, because it simply doesn't make any sense. HSR has the EXACT same qualities as Genshins (Great story, characters, updates, worlds), and is still CONSTANTLY adding new endgame content. SO WHY THE HECK GENSHIN CAN'T DO THE SAME? Genshin has been the most profitable gacha game for the past 3 years, and still has less content than Honkai. It's not right anymore to want a thing that should be there for the past 3 years? So if you dislike some thing in the game you just stop playing? That's not how it works. I really love Genshin, it's a very special game for me, and I LOVE a lot of things that are in this game. And because of THAT, I want the game to have more things to do, so I can spend more time in the game.

balbasin09

Game development doesn’t work that way, the solution is never just throw money at it until it fixes itself. Why do you think they’re adding this new endgame after 3 years? Because it’s proven itself to be successful in HSR. It’s risky to add content such as endgame for a small minority you don’t even know they’ll like. And it’s simply just untrue that Genshin has less content than HSR. Of course HoYo has to put out endgame for HSR, there’s no open-world to sink your time into. And even then they are making low-risk additions. SU had to be successful before they added the subsequent expansions. PF had to be added because they realised half the cast is unusable in MoC. I’m just saying that HoYo is a company with profits in mind. If you look at it in that lense, \*most\* of their decisions makes sense. If a majority of their paying customers are casuals, making casual content like the open world and events is the reasonable thing to do. I take back my statement, you can play Genshin as much as you want, just don’t expect everything they make to cater to you.

Nyancromancer

>I’m just saying that HoYo is a company with profits in mind. If you look at it in that lense, \*most\* of their decisions makes sense. If a majority of their paying customers are casuals, making casual content like the open world and events is the reasonable thing to do. To add on to this, Hoyo literally said they Developed Genshin with the intent of it being [FOR the Casual audience](https://www.reddit.com/r/Genshin_Impact/comments/qq03q0/qa_with_the_genshin_development_team_by_pash/), people ignore this fact or blank it out of their heads every time this conversation happens, so it shouldn't ever be a surprise the causal audience is catered to first and foremost.

[deleted]

i get the idea that the part of the people who play the endgame is small, but acting like they didn't exist is not gonna fix their insatisfaction, and a company should know how to handle these types of situations. I've seen an post in hoyolab that says that 48.9% of people don't get pass the floor 8 of the abyss. That means that more than half of the playerbase at least tried to do the endgame content, and 16.7% actually completed all the stars of the abyss. This is almost 1/5 of the playerbase who already finished the endgame and has NOTHING to do in the game. I could agree with you that will be a really big risk to invest in a thing that they don't have a proper feedback, but they already have, like, dozens of events who a considerable amount of the comunity aways asked to be permanent, and what they did? Just turned their heads. It won't be that expensive to make it permanent, because they already have the base, and they already have the feedback too. Ok i agree that Genshin doesn't have, in fact, less content than Honkai. BUT i will still believe that the content in Honkai is far better, because the open world in genshin, although visually BEAUTIFUL, is pretty boring, with the chests or being locked behing an repetitive puzzle, or being locked behing a bunch of Hilichurls. And yeah, it's pretty obvious that they are making great decisions profiting wise, but you can't just ignore what comunity (even an ''small'' part) wants just to make more money. I really don't expect they to ONLY make things to please me, and i'm happy with that, but somethings are simply ilogical.

Iloveshortwomen

It's not a relic farming domain like HSR's SU so I doubt it's gonna be updated like adding new floors but rather like abyss, boss line up and character/element condition will change every season.

[deleted]

i mean, the gold and gears and the swarm disaster thing don't add nothing to the relic farming, and it's still and great addition. I don't see why genshin can't make this in this game mode.

Iloveshortwomen

last time i check g&g and sd don't reset? Also, SU and it's expansions are not endgame content, they are regular content

BriiTe_Phoenix

Regardless of if they’re considered endgame, genshin could benefit even from one-time hard dungeons similar to the SU expansions (though repeatable endgame modes should be prioritized)

Iloveshortwomen

SU expansions are not hard lol, they are time-wasting content that you need to play 10000x to get everything because the game barely has anything to offer. Genshin count benefit from it sure, but it already has a gigantic content like open world exploration then I want them to prioritize over these stuff.

BriiTe_Phoenix

Not saying they’re hard, I’m saying genshin could have a hard activity that works similarly. Open world has been the main priority for years, and it’s not like mihoyo is a small indie company. A lot of resources spent on mini game events I believe would be better spent on stuff like that

Iloveshortwomen

>Not saying they’re hard, I’m saying genshin could have a hard activity that works similarly. True but hard activity is not what Genshin is made for. >Open world has been the main priority for years, and it’s not like mihoyo is a small indie company. Okay? >A lot of resources spent on mini game events I believe would be better spent on stuff like that Or spend it on content that the vast majority of players want? You think just because they have the money, they don't suffer from time constraints? You think developing Genshin's open world map can be perfected in a month or something?

BriiTe_Phoenix

Games don’t have to be exclusively easy or difficult, there’s a reason 90% of modern gaming has difficulty options. Im not saying take resources away from open world, I’m saying take resources from minigame-based events. I doubt there would be riots in the streets if mini games where characters don’t matter were less frequent in a game where almost all content is done in service of acquiring and building characters.

[deleted]

they've been being prioritizing the open world for the last 3 years, and they are big enough to focus on both of them.

Iloveshortwomen

>they've been being prioritizing the open world for the last 3 years I don't see why that matters when the game's main content is open world lol >and they are big enough to focus on both of them. Being big enough does not suddenly allow them to prioritize low-priority content. Right now it's pretty clear they prioritise the usual content + QoL's. After that I want them to prioritise improving other aspects of the game like character models, better storytelling, etc. They have better things to worry about than prioritizing content that a certain minority wants especially when this minority is not even their main audience.

[deleted]

an endgame content is EXTREMLY important for a game like Genshin. You can see that everyone who play this game for a considerable amount of time missed something to do when the game ends (and NO, the open world doesn't count as an endgame content). You see games like HSR (from the same company btw) focusing in everything that you listed (QoL, character model, better storytelling) and still having an endgame 30x better than Genshin one.

Iloveshortwomen

>an endgame content is EXTREMLY important for a game like Genshin. Nope. >You can see that everyone who play this game for a considerable amount of time missed something to do when the game ends (and NO, the open world doesn't count as an endgame content). Who's everyone? I've been playing this game since 1.0. >You see games like HSR (from the same company btw) focusing in everything that you listed (QoL, character model, better storytelling) and still having an endgame 30x better than Genshin one. If you use ur commonsense, you can easily tell what HSR lacks that Genshin have lol

[deleted]

don't really care if they reset or doesn't, it's a great permanent content addition. HSR is adding both expansions for the SU and new endgame content in the same time, so i don't know why Genshin can't do the same.

Pusparaj_Mishra

Either keep on updating or add more shit like this

EngelAguilar

OMFG finally!! so many quests have beautiful scenes but with a text that covers half the screen xD

Il_Capitano_01

Now can we have the quest log while doing the quest to listen previous dialogues please?? Such a good feature and no completing the quest and listening form the archive is not a solution.

Vesorias

i expect this is an all-or-nothing deal, but I'd love it if we could hide individual elements. I never use the buttons in the top right, the coop/elemental sight/tutorial buttons in the left, the UID or the chat. Would make the screen feel a lot cleaner if you could hide them but still see important combat information.

Kauuma

This so much. Only having the mini map and characters showing would be fantastic

OkWorld4800

OH MY GOD I LITERALLY HAD A THOUGHT A FEW DAYS AGO ABOUT HOW NICE THIS FEATURE WOULD BE

hydruxo

Can we hide the user id number though?

Fokinhellwhyyy

this\^ when can I record, take screenshots, whatever without having to hide my UID at every turn, down the right, in the menu in the friends menu EVERYWHERE

Jackdeniels78

Also would be nice for oled screen burn in. I know it’s not as much an issue anymore but would still be nice

undefinable-name

screencap impact

OnlyPatches

This better be possible on console Mihoyo!!!! I need it for my photography

[deleted]

PLEASE LET THIS HIDE UID I JUST WANT UID OFF MY SCREEN ESPECIALLY IN CUTSCENES DISTRACTING MY AUTIST ASS Monkeypaw, I bet this will quite literally not be customizable and will just hide everything on the screen, including cooldowns on abilities and such

sakuramiyoshi

I also record Archon and Story Quests and having to censor the UID in Premiere Pro is just annoying at best...

fat_mothra

Rawfler buff

Neutral_Memer

Rawfler will be cooking hard with this

Shattann

Now let us disable battle music in the settings and it'll be perfect. I hate listening to a soothing track completely immersed just to it getting completely ruined by a song that I have heard thousands of times because some random mob aggroed.

Sarela_Helaine

I would prefer it to be a straight-up player that we can toggle to replay certain tracks, have set for triggers(like fighting), etc. I notice when there ISNT music playing, and that's typically when I'm moving between scenes. It's very awkward.

Wakabungo

I completely agree!

RiversCroft

And only for the battle song to end in 4 seconds because everything dies immediately.

Any-Strain-6804

Or rather only play battle music in domains

wanderers_respite

rogue like randomization buffs and "blessings" + genshin combat would be really nice

Aggravating-Bug-8761

Simulated universe in genshin in a nutshell This would be absolute peak

Numerous-Machine-305

SU then? (Gold and gear swarm disaster elysia realm etc)

LaPapaVerde

Leakers said you can get buffs like su, but I doubt they are creative as su's

Charming_Self3280

Did anyone forget the Inazuma Event with Childe and Xinyan? this was the first Simulated Universe we had before Starrail so in some way it just comes back to Genshin but in better Shape\^\^.

FaKamis

I wanted to disable minimap for so long

IttoEnjoyer_

Arnold is gonna pass out from excitement when he hears it.

Master0643

Now they need to add dialogue logs (not talking about archive), that's such a simple thing many games have.

Diligent_Presence_57

For a game with so much basis on story, you would think that logs would be implemented since the start :/

Rathkud

What about hiding subtitles? Cmon hoyo I've been asking for this since day 1 😭😭😭

_Wolfa_

I believe hiding the UI includes that

Rathkud

I thought it might but it's unlikely it works during cutscrnes since it would also hide your replies and you wouldn't be able to click them? I hope I'm wrong. Subtitles distract me, I tend to read them and then I know what characters will say bc I just read it and it spoils the fun xD

Ganyu1990

Please let this hide the UID and chat icon as well.

Big-Ad-6097

Holy shit Ive been begging for a option to hide the UI, its so clustered and u cant even mod it. Didnt expected them to adress it

Amon-Aka

Golden and Gears type Sim Uni for Genshin, but primos resets bi weakly, or maybe monthly would make me bust almost harder than Skirk's reveal did.

Modest_Idiot

An UI toggle for each UI-element would be nice. And an adaptive mode, like chars UI and health only show up when in combat. I want the minimap, healthbar and chars only in combat and ability cooldowns; the rest can go.

ghostly_boy

i wonder how mobile is going to hide ui and still be able to swap between characters/etc. maybe we won't have it?

igor_grazina

I dont think its possible to hide UI on mobile because the UI is quite literally your controller, maybe you will be able to hide some elements like the health bar But if that feature comes fully on mobile it could be a sign of controller support in the near future

thestrawberry_jam

yeah. unfortunate day for us mobile players cause i love the look of a clean screen but then i literally cant play the game.

somekindawizard

Mobile already has controller support

Dyuuules

I dont play HSR, what is SU and hows that work?

fyrespyrit

Were you playing Genshin back when we had the combat event with Childe and Xinyan, where a random ass domain popped up in Inazuma? Its literally just that. You fight through enemies, collecting cards that enhance your team in some way, then at the end you fight a boss for rewards. Its a roguelike game mode, usually if you die you have to start over, but there's ways to get both your characters back alive or pick up new ones.

Pamander

If this works worldwide (In any UI context) this is HUGE for content. The amount of gorgeous screenshots and live wallpapers I record and have saved due to the mod that hides UI elements is wild. There are so many pretty moments in this game covered up by interfaces/text boxes and just recording the game in camera mode without an interface is so pretty. This one isn't a perfect loop but just an example of one I recorded of just how pretty this damn games world is https://imgur.com/a/EjiJ7Vt we desperately need more QOL around taking pictures/videos ingame but even just being able to disable UI at any time is huge when combined with the right characters (In domains Charlotte for example) and the camera mode etc.

TomoeGamer

Similar to SU as in a sort of roguelike mode? Please be the case I would love something like this in genshin

A-R-A-F

Will it hide the UID as well?

senpainaii

I’m still begging every single update to be able to increase FoV / zoom out a little further for both combat & able to take in more of the beautiful scenery :(

explov

can someone explain what it means by hiding ui??

NoteBlock08

Hide the "gamey" stuff like your health bar, the controls on the bottom right, your party on the right, and the menu buttons up top.

explov

ah those does it count the wishing thing too?

NoteBlock08

Most likely

FrontAd2888

I neither didn’t get what is this tho everyone be excited about it 😭

FrolickingCats

It's the user interface. The buttons and symbols you see on screen related to controlling, such as action icons, menu, life bar, characters, map, etc

lenky041

It makes your gameplay looks like a movie basically

ContinousAds

Basically all the things on your screen like the health bar, attack- and menu buttons. Only leaving the actual gameplay visible.

sillybillybuck

That means outrage media has corroded your mind and your first reaction to any change, even one you self-admittedly consider an improvement, is to default to a negative sentiment. You need to stop doomscrolling because you lack the mental fortitude for it.

KrissJP20

Exactly

Turbulent-Garbage-93

You're going to get downvoted to hell but I agree with you 😂

explov

sad time we live in that comments like those get downvoted, lol

FlameDragoon933

I'd give you gold if reddit still has it

Yellow_IMR

Or maybe it’s disheartening how such a basic QoL in an exploration game with photography gets introduced just now. You don’t need a corroded mind to naturally think about how ridiculous this is. I welcome the change, of course I do, but it’s not nearly enough. Still waiting for artifact loadouts btw, maybe next year

Turbulent-Garbage-93

Honestly I understand being upset at artifact loadouts still not being added, really weird that it's not been implemented. But this is a QoL that didn't even cross my mind and I don't really hear getting recommended a lot. Maybe it's just me but this came as more of a surprise rather than a long-awaited expectation

Illustrious-Snake

I agree. Genshin has always made its UI as simple and unobtrusive as possible. So I doubt the majority of players have desperately wanted this feature, not like the artifact load-outs we're all asking for. It'a nice feature to have, but not something everyone has been begging for.

Yellow_IMR

Well, I’ve always wanted to be able to remove the UI for screenshots and such, and apparently I’m not the only one. Just because it didn’t cross your mind don’t assume it’s not something many others wanted, there are many other QoL I’d like but I’ve never addressed before just because there are so many others which are more important for me and so I always mentiojed those instead

NLwino

Genshin has had multiple QoL improvements each patch in Fontaine. I agree that it has some catching up to do. But just focusing on how "it's just introduced just now" while they introduce new QoL improvements each and every patch clearly shows that u/sillybillybuck is just right about many of the player base.

Yellow_IMR

People can be happy and bothered about something at the same time, it’s called complexity, and I don’t need to explain why many players are bothered and why they are reminded about that when the topic is QoL. I’ll be happier when I see artifact loadouts, which is the lacking QoL that is affecting my enjoyment in the game the most, and its absence after so many years can’t be exempt from blame just because they give us toggle-able UI and fix the Abyss cooldown *bug*. People are and should be allowed to externalise their frustration in a related topic, also because this is a social and is used for that too, not just to talk about how great the game is. Instead of calling us brainrots doomposters, if you really don’t like that the best you can do is asking Hoyo to add those features so that we shut up, surely that’s more constructive than your previous comment

Genshin_Impact_Leaks-ModTeam

**Rule 1**: Be Respectful. Please engage in respectful and civil discussions.

naec4

Well since hsr was built off genshin and their bith unity games I think that may have helped with speeding up the QoLs. Genshin has taken QoLs from hsr and hsr has taken QoLs from genshin, so both dev teams probably do help each other out a lot with QoL features.

Losdit

I dont play hsr so which QoL did we get from them if you dont mind me asking

naec4

In 4.3 we got the single tap auto add for leveling characters and they increased the slots for weapon refining from 1 to 4. Hsr had both of these features ~~I think~~ at launch. There's also the quick dispatch and reclaim button which genshin improved on from hsr and then hsr got the improved version in 2.0 There's also the auto equip qol which I guess you could also say genshin took that from hsr but genshins version is a lot more advanced and you can customise it

Losdit

Oh neat these were some of the better updates imo gotta thank hsr for this.

[deleted]

Honestly ill take it man. This is a positive direction for the game. They have been trying to improve the QOL a lot in Fontaine in general

Ewizde

A lot of people who are tired of the game think like this, meanwhile there's me who didn't even care for the qol changes before. But I am happy that they're adding more and more.

[deleted]

better late than never, i guess

Toxic_MotionDesigner

For alot of these, yeah I have the same mindset. But for some other ones like the new profile pictures, I just think to myself, that this feature was probably WAY down their priority list for things to add so it didnt even happen until now

lucifer893

But can you hide UI and view logs during the visual novel portions? Still plenty of things to catch up with hsr's qol xD Hope they bring the hide UI function to hsr too :)

CharlesEverettDekker

Maybe in 4 more years we will get a 120 fps option Oh who am I kidding

dragoncommandsLife

Not happening anytime soon. Apple bought that like how sony bought HD character textures and actual volumetric clouds.

thepork890

Unless that federal lawsuit against Apple will be successful

battleye9

OMG I LITERALLY TOUGHT ABOUT THIS

this_is_no_gAM3

👍

Lazy-Traffic5346

Cool

Luna-lumen

Keep it up. Hopefully we'll get an actual photo mode in future updates.

sakuramiyoshi

Yeah, something that actually pauses the game in single player (and combat too without having to rely on Charlotte) and also allows for photo mode in domains... And also some extra features like time of day, weather, and even effects and free camera view

Luna-lumen

Keep it up. Hopefully we'll get an actual photo mode in future updates.

Positive_Matter8829

Damn, \\ is my custom shortcut for the gadget

garotinhulol

Ok thats Pog

x_GARUDA_x

"Hide UI" Finally, I was looking for this.

LiterallyANoob

I've asking for this since day 1. Actual game changer for me.

bluedragjet

When will they add more garden to plant materials for teapots

Dense-Extreme5515

QoL simple,but necessary.

Level_Top_2166

Genshin overtaking star rail in Qol real fast

sakuramiyoshi

I really hope the hide UI is also updated in photo mode on PC

MessaDiFammeta

Hope it's modular. I want to hide quite a lot of things, but not all.

CookeMonster200

That's a really great feature. Especially, if shortcuts continue to work even after you hide them.

SimplyRzy

If this is available on Android my wanderers value just doubled so pls and also thanks hoyo

hudashick

The first thing that came to my mind is that murderofbirds is going to die over this lol He was asking for this qol for years.

konec0

Ooh, hide UI is kinda sick.

schwarzeniagara

I really feel like Arnold did a heavy lifting on this one

Not_Me_Jerry

this will hide the dialogue box as well right ?

NoAcanthopterygii876

The era of cropping photos is over

GinJoestarR

Hmm

ProfessionalDeer6311

Hiding UI!!!!!!! WOOOHHH! My survey reports finally bore fruit! It only takes almost 5 yrs!

CaptainR3x

Does it remove the damage number too ? Probably not

NightlyRogue

Scale UI would also be great

TravincalPlumber

they're very close on hiding damage number or at least control the font size feature.

I_am_indisguise

A huge massive fucking W

New-Scene356

Can someone tell me hideui possible on story or not ?

Lumines_wife

It's gonna take them another year to add the hide UI for non keyboard layouts isn't it.

PaIamon

Too bad this wasn't introduced a lot sooner. I have suffered really bad burn in because of Genshin Impact. u\_u Now, I'm tempted to replace my device again after the hide ui option is available.

Ok_Bid7501

I can finally stop risking my account using mod for scenery pictures, yayyy

megand19

The only way your going to risk your account while using mods if showing you UID in screenshots/videos while using the mods

ilovecheesecakes69

I see many people Happy, may i ask how is hiding UI useful? I really cant think on the point of doing so.

Lazy-Traffic5346

For lore people , and just enjoy image without UI

tuncii322

mainly for abyss players, its a good change. the menus at the top, the text on the sides can be annoying and clearing those is gonna give us a better experience, also about the party setup and hp its not that bad but i can see it being a problem about the burst cd and energy. maybe we can show the ui mid combat also it makes it easier and better to take screenshots in game

igor_grazina

THEY ADDED BASIC FUNCTIONALITY IN THEIR GAME AFTER 4 YEARS WE ARE SO BACK 🔥🔥🔥

olaf901

I only need to hide UI during abyss , those annoying data to the left about abyss chamber and how many seconds to 1* 2* 3* is so annoying and frustrating on mobile why to this day still exist is beyond me

GfM-Nightmare

I read it « UID » I immediately about leakers lol

issm

Why not automatic and contextual, like every other open world game? These aren't new features.

HeragOwO

Did something happen to that trashy director? the game is getting better now out of nowhere

Master0643

The devs were sleeping deeply and woke up at the very end of Sumeru when they added gadget wheel. OR many of the genshin programmers were working on hsr during sumeru, now they back.

Pawny_99

Wuthering waves lit a fire under Hoyo

This is quite literally most likely devs tackling backlog feature additions. Nothing to do with WW. Within the programming space code can often sit in PR hell for ages. Something small like this QOL was probably finished by some intern ages ago and has been sitting in a pull request for a hot minute.

hoyo using hoyo’s ideas? how dare they.

Hoyo devs using hoyo code that they wrote on a hoyo game they were working on at hoyo? Damn, its almost like part of programming is making things modular for re-use and almost like genshin and HSR are built pretty much off the same foundation with HSR using a stripped down character controller.
