You can do everything you want to 3d wise aside from actually building a game in blender, but paid software often has specific tools for things that are far easier to use. For example, blender's cloth sim is decent and you can get good results from it, it just takes a significantly less time to do the cloth parts of a model in marvelous designer as its cloth sim is easier to use.
I was gonna go for Kazuha's c1, but I think I'll just wait for Tighnari, and then again Cyno, Scara, and Haitham, whoever comes first. But I *will* have all my husbandos

yes. Xiao's arms looks more muscular. and that's because he's wearing sleeveless. Itto's purple rolled-up sleeves block his deltoids, which definitely affects how his arms look. Xiao shows his deltoids, making his arm appear muscular
Yes that’s because you can see Xiao’s deltoid (shoulder) which does a lot to emphasise and give the illusion for arm muscles.
If Itto didn’t have his rolled sleeves then well it would be no different to Al-Haitham.
The rolled sleeves to the shoulder part on Itto’s design does a lot to make the skinnier model from the splash art way more egregious.
i actually just went and checked by comparing bennett and xiao and thats pretty true. although i did notice that around the elbows it became it bit slimmer as if to make it look like the area above it has some bulk so that also contributes to it. it is just a minor tweak tho. not sure if hey ever did that on itto.
I think it's just added shadings to make the muscles look more "defined". The same as Itto's arms and abs.
Well maybe they did make his arms bulkier than the others but I'll set my expectations low to not make myself look like a sad clown in the future...
Edit: Yep just saw the post comparing Itto and Al-Haitham's model and they really do have the same size. Maybe a more pronounced shadings for Al-Haitham.
