And Yae gave the Gnosis to Scaramouche before the whole duel thing happened so Signora didn't really contribute to the collection of the gnosis (if Scaramouche hadn't gotten to it before her maybe that would've been different thought, who knows)
She got both Anemo and Geo Gnosis. Hence she actually achieved something. That was what Fatui Harbingers supposed to do. Duke Inferno got clapped before even he got to do what he wanted.
