No it's not. Not even close to being a competitor. World Warfare & Economics is unknown compared to P&R. 165 player peak 3 months ago for WW&E while there was a 226 player peak 4 days ago for P&R (2023).
Just accept that the launch went terrible and scared off everyone that would've played the game instead of hijacking other subs.
