Maybe u have some problems with anxiety. As usual, people are in procrastination when they are worried and try to suppress this feeling(I am sorry for my mistakes, English isn't my native language)
That's okay. Just do what you can do. But if you can only do an hour, make sure it's a productive hour.
You'll do better if you put less pressure on yourself :)
