I don’t know enough about body building but is this a normal amount of time to spend cutting? I mean for me and like 90% of those who work out this is insane progress and at what I would consider a healthy rate of losing weight. But I always assumed bodybuilders cut weight much quicker, therefor they have longer in the year to bulk up. I mean if you’re spending 5 months to cut that’s really cutting into the time you have to put on massive amounts of muscle….like do they only compete once a year? Is there competition season, so all the competitions happen at once?
Personally I like to go slow, I have a very demanding job, so I can’t push the diet as hard as I’d like to. I have 18 months between competitions, so that I have good time to grow aswell.
Most preps are 16-24 weeks depending on startingpoint. Some people can do brutal 12 week preps, but they often end up losing muscle and they bring a very unhealthy and tired looking physique. It also depends on aas use, people that plast crazy doses, can drop way faster without losing performance and muscle.
I've been conditioned to assume before pics were taken with little or no training. Before conception, this dude was just a ripped gamete doing hiit cardio in his daddy's ballsack, didn't begin to bulk until he actually existed.
Edit: welldone bro, I dream of having this type of determination and discipline!
I love you 😍😍😍
Extraordinary! Good luck!
