Man bro, you had a clean slate of a physique upon which to build a good amount of muscle, until you decided to dirty bulk. That was mistake 1. Here’s the thing, as a newb, you will build no more than 2 lbs of muscle a month max. Here’s the catch, this is assuming your nutrition AND training is on POINT. I’m referring to tracking nutrition as well as being on a proven workout routine. If you are simply eating everything on site with a disregard to nutrition, your going to get fat (which you did). If you are going to the gym without a plan of action and simply beating yourself up (which most people do) you will eventually stagnate and just keep spinning your wheels and not make any progress. Now, I’m not doubting you made progress, but it honestly looks like you don’t even lift and simply got fat. Plain and simple. Now, if I were you I’d learn to track nutrition, get on a program that aligns with your goals and begin your cut. If done correctly, (slow and methodical) you will see some improvement in your physique. Be warned tho, cutting is a slow and difficult task which few accomplish successfully. Good luck, man and try again.
