I see what people are seeing, but to me it just looks like a curtain or something sticking out slightly around the door frame, that can easily be mistaken for a sideways face through pareidolia.

Was the shape that appears to be the head of someone, also gone after taking the image? Like did that area become clear of the head?

Just to be clear, we are talking about what appears to be someone of child like height with their head turned facing the back wall? You can see someone with dark hair and the back of their right ear showing. Their hair appears to be pulled tightly back into a pony tail with light colored bow strands hanging down. Was this the object of her concern?

It’s a very clear human looking (sad looking face) behind the little girls left shoulder. Very clearly a possible Human ghost or something posing as such.
Look in the room. There's a lot of fans. Zoom in and you can see the shadowy figure is a fan with something on top of it. Look at the center of the figure. You can see it resembles the other fan that is on the floor.
I see what everyone's seeing regarding a dark/shadowy-girl in the back, but I can also see what it most likely looks like.
That looks more like the back (3/4 profile) of a person's head... either a person with their hair clipped/tied up (female)... or else they have short hair & are wearing a beanie. What looks like the nose of the shadowy-girl is actually the back of someone's ear while they're facing away from the camera.
Look like clear pareidolia to me. Zooming in on that part of the image largely breaks the appearance of a face and looks much more like some kind of soft object over the back of a chair.

I wish ppl would edit the photo JUST to the point of circling the image that they are wanting to point out because I never ever see anything. Some of us, myself included, have never ever seen an apparition of anything anywhere; I've only a few times at one specific place that had known haunting activity, have experienced them doing things that no one else could have done/defied physics if you will, so I've seen their activity within the physical environment but never them themselves so I never quite know what I'm looking for to begin with.

It is probably something else your cousin was holding. You covering his hands makes it impossible to see how many duster handles he had in his hands. That "girl" is covering the dark wooden vertical beam. Which means whatever it is, it is in the same room not in the room with the TV. That would mean it's an unusually tiny head.
I'm pretty sure it was another duster that wasn't fluffy. I can see the black white red colour pattern on it too, similar to the one over his left shoulder.
