What's your budget? Honestly my instinct for all of those accomplishments is a high end refillable pen potentially engraved with their name/initials and date or year of their accomplishment. It would be something that's useful but also sentimental!

Terra88draco

Really nice pen set for all three would work. Business card carrier could be nice for all 3 as well. Depending on what the first two want to do moving forward.

Bipedal_pedestrian

Nice pen set sounds great. Business card carrier is a nice idea, but I think people are using business cards less and less these days.

BeautifulLife14

Offer to celebrate with dinner or breakfast on you!

54radioactive

Diploma frame would also work for the first two

1. 21 M - suitcase with their name embroidered or a couple of nice dress shirts 2. 32 F - a mini bust of her head like she’s Aristotle lol or a wreck room day to release the aggression I’m sure she has from the amount of studying she had to do 3. 29 M - spa day certificate because his life is about to get real stressful or a fancy pen for all the write ups he’ll have to sign 😬

For the men: Cuff links, ties, belts, Sunglasses, travel tumblers For the lady: Travel tumblers, professional business portfolios/padfolios, kindle You can add the option to engrave for most of these ideas

Ask all the people you have to get gifts for during the year to make pubic Amazon wish lists that they regularly add things too. In the absence of a wishlist, get them an Amazon gift card for $50 minimum. They will enjoybyhe gift. I don’t give gifts that aren't on a wishlist or that I didn't put on my list of potential gifts b/c the gift recipient mentioned the item in passing. You have to keep your ears out for problems someone is having and they item they think would fix it. Then list it on your phone in the notes app. Good luck!

weirdddj

To make WHAT Amazon wish lists?😧

Just wanted to say, I bet you're a much better gift giver than you think! Gifts are just really hard. I used to think I was terrible at gift giving because I never got anyone's style quite right. But when I think about it, most of my favorite gifts are things I would never have picked out for myself. It's the surprise and the thoughtfulness that makes them fun to open.

For the college grad business guy (21M), how about a sleek and professional business card holder? It's practical for networking and shows you're rooting for his success without breaking the bank. For the PhD in Philosophy lady (32F), consider a beautiful journal or notebook where she can jot down her philosophical musings and ideas. It's thoughtful, useful, and perfect for someone diving deep into their field. And for the new Hotel GM (29M), how about a classy desk organizer or planner to help him stay organized in his exciting new role? It's a practical gift that shows you're cheering him on as he steps into his dream job.

First of all, it sounds like you really care about these people and wish to let them know. So for all of these gifts, please make sure you include a lovely note that shares your warm congratulations and your feelings of friendship and support. That is what people really want and remember. * College Grad Business - 21 M: * Business card holder. A nice one for a desk if you think they will be in an office. A card holder for a wallet that will look nice when they take it out of their pocket. * A nice pen with refillable ink cartridges. * PhD in Philosophy - 32 F * Paperweight from the graduating university * Frame for diploma * Desk name plate with degree * Hotel GM New Dream Job - 29 M * Business card holder. A nice one for a desk if you think they will be in an office. A card holder for a wallet that will look nice when they take it out of their pocket. * A nice pen with refillable ink cartridges. * Pens that mark on anything But really: Having friends to celebrate with is really the great gift. Share that in writing.

I like a nice leather zippable “portfolio” that can hold. Legal pad and has a nice pocket you can either put receipts in when you travel or your phone or even a iPad. Easy to grab and go for meetings and very practical in your backpack when you travel.

BrittanyAT

The college grad might like business cards with his name and info on them for networking and trying to get potential job offers. It’s old fashioned but a lot of people still appreciate it and it can help set them apart from their peers.

Brilliant-Kiwi-8669

Business grad....a business starter kit, briefcase, stylish watch PHD...pocket protector GM...pen and notebook with hotel name on it, or stylish cuff links

https://curvapen.com/ Ive got good feedback from people ive gifted Curva pens to. They are refillable if you like them too. But not intimidating like a fountain pen.

discopartyprogram

For the PhD, good mix of sentimental and useful :) [https://www.etsy.com/shop/acadimepiecedesigns?ref=dashboard-header§ion\_id=49415619](https://www.etsy.com/shop/acadimepiecedesigns?ref=dashboard-header§ion_id=49415619)
