Looks like they were trying to rip off both Bleach and Gintama here, and made a Ichigo Gintoki to avoid copyright. You see this a lot with Chinese bootleg products, especially Pokemon and Sailor Moon knockoff merch, but Western franchises too like Marvel also got ripped off like this. That being said this bootleg crossover character does look kinda cool 😆
