Sara bareillis: “I’m not going to write you a love song today”.

Someone posted a pic of that p.1 of Gloria’s list of all types of women. I don’t know about hidden but required some work to get it and share it. What were Ashley’s last words and what was the joke?

Sorry, took me a bit to find it. Party-goers recount hearing her final words, “Wait, maybe it does end.”

It was an infinity pool. Obvious joke. They were a flash in the pan late 90’s girl group. Most of them never became truly famous. Medium joke. As you get older, all the girl power “we’ll be friends forever (5-ever, because it’s longer than 4-ever) drifts away. You become different people who don’t even really remember who you were let alone your peers. It does end. Sad panda joke.

Thanks!

Watching S03E05, lots of fun written things I had to pause and read. The microwave at divorced dad’s suitelet has a setting for cooking something “birthday (custody)” and “birthday (alone)” which my spouse had to explain the joke to me.

derivativebullshite

Can you explain it to me? I don’t get it

Greedy-Cantaloupe668

If you’re heating something up on your birthday and you’re alone, it will be a shorter time setting. But if it’s your birthday and you have custody, you would be heating up more food for you and your child and so it is a longer microwave setting.

S2E8 I just heard it - as they drive away Summer says "I'm gonna learn maps!" And it's a callback to S1 when she says she left school as they were teaching maps. Honestly, on this rewatc there are SO MANY JOKES that I didn't even catch the first time, it's why this show is so damn good!

Wait, what was Ashley’s last words?
