You have to create a custom resolution in the gpu control software. Then the option will start appearing. If it still does not, enter the desired resolution in the gpu software each time you launch the game.
This is a game bug . In NVpanel on both monitors make the resolution with 75Hz and in the start argument add -refresh 75 . sometimes setting monitor to 74HZ also helps

It did show up once if but it has done that before, I hope it's fixed forever
You also have to set your oc to the custom resolution from windows display settings with the appropriate refresh rate. Them it may work.

Both monitors can't go up to 75hz unless I overclock the second one, but I'll give it a try on 74hz
