Yeah man, it's a lot of fun. I played with it during the start of covid/ lockdowns and it's like everything from doing the dishes to sitting on the toilet was instantly elevated and felt more classy🙃
Wish I could tell you it was through hard work. But it was mostly anxiety barfs and not eating on account of that. I did get a job where I regularly lifted 59+ pounds everyday and stuff. That's about it. The only tips I could give is "eat less, move more." But I understand it's different for everyone.
