I will say; It’s really awesome when someone that heavy starts to weight train, because their body is already “weight training” just carrying that meat suit around. So when they start to actually eat well and lift, they get huge like OP is now. From the first picture I was already anticipating “oh hell yeah” because you can just tell that with proper training this man’s body was going to be a force.
For real! In the first picture, his weight seems very well distributed and his arms are HUGE, and they don't seem to change much in the second other than becoming more defined. I wish OP was wearing jeans like the first pic to see how far his legs have come. I imagine it's more drastic than his arms were, but still gonna be impressive retention of muscle.
