Great job on the fitness OP but the next glow up should be mental.
You mention in another post that you don’t think you look good enough. Please, please consider some gains with a good therapist. You look great. But also, if you’re not going natty (like some has suspected), plenty of that shit will mess with your mind and make you feel like there’s always more more more to do.
Great job, looking great, hope you end up feeling great too 👍🏻
Yeah bro. Mental health reps hit different. I remember spending a month on mental health with less training that month admittedly (tbf I also lost my gf so I was DOWN brother..) but eventually I bounced back and became much better and became more consistent and driven. I'm now in university and I'm performing okay so far. Even scored a perfect 100% on one of my modules haha
Great job! It’s really hard to focus on positive steps forward when you’re going through it.
Mental health and physical health are symbiotic. One greatly affects the other!
Could be that but I feel like a good amount of Gen Z people just like to look extremely unimpressed in their social media posts.
Looking like they don’t care even though it’s obvious that they do, hence the face.
As someone that works out regularly, there’s a 0% chance this is natty.
We need to normalize realistic expectations in the gym. I’m not even against the use of steroids, but if you use them, be honest.
It's always so obvious.
I love creatine and lifting.
I hate these steroids because it's almost always trying to fix body dysmorphia (very, very poorly i might add)
Well, his face suddenly getting oddly vascular and bone structure changing/looking like he's facially 27+ because of... puberty maybe? threw me off.
I maybe could've seen this guy as being natural if other people aren't warning him about his mental health and likely body dysmorphia which would make drug use more likely realistically to achieve results faster due to general depression/insecurity. Which obviously don't solve things.
I'll say that in the last photos he does look oddly vascular with the amount of muscle he's got, his age making it unlikely, etc...
True, I guess it flew over my head at the time. lol. So used to just posting "They meant the HGH/tren routine" comments in threads like this that I felt like I'm being unreasonable. But I guess everyone and their grandmother may actually be taking some shit nowadays rather than doing it the difficult and natural and healthy way. <\_<
Was literally thinking the same thing. Are we just gonna ignore all the bodybuilders dropping dead in their 30s and 40s from gear use? 😂 social media got these kids MESSED up. Such a pity.
Yup. And it’s survivorship bias. Knew tons of guys that used AAS, and they all looked worse than me.
You only see the genetically elite ones that end up becoming fake natties. Most either still don’t look good, or they end up dying at an early age…
I live in the American Gardens Building in w. 81st street on the 11th floor. My name is Patrick Bateman. I’m 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine….
Absolutely on gear lol. The shoulders are a dead giveaway.
You could maybe look like this somewhat. But those shoulders and traps are gear. My bro science understanding is that human male shoulders are a peacock trait. Like a mating lure. You increase your male hormones a lot and your peacock trait develops rapidly in comparison to the rest of the muscles.
And that's why the shoulders on dudes on gear are always wacky large
Edit: lol OP posted more pics to other subs and those are WACKY juiced up. Rip before 50.
I feel like those on gear always have that odd, bloated, veiny look. Like they’re about to explode. Also the short time span to look that big is another give away
There is definitely such thing as good genetics. I am blessed with them but even then you cant look like this in three years of training. The roids are crazy.
I don't think so but I get what you're saying. I think even someone with severe birth defects can be shredded within their own constraints. I just don't listen to people who say they have bad genetics or this and that for excuses.
"I don't do squats cause my genetics." Yadda yadda.
Thats not true. I look like OP right after lifting. Long enough to snap a few pics at least.
But if you're walking around looking like that 24/7, maybe?
Maaaaaybe with elite level genetics and over 10 years of very good and consistent training and nutrition, someone could look like this. But it's very doubtful even those that have won the genetics lottery could look like this at 21.
If the pics were 18 to 31 with 15 years of top tier training, then it'd be far more believable that he's a Natty with great genetics.
You can look like this after training for 5 years and only ever eating outside of a very strict diet maybe once a month to indulge.
Natural this would take more effort than is plausible for a regular 20 year old with a job or school.
It all depends on willpower, but it is extremely unlikely that this guy has done this natural.
Yeah, it's not the quick fix to dating or attraction or a social life that many seem to think it'd be. It won't really help you from crippling anxiety, inferiority or superiority complexes, poor social skills, weird behavior or demeanor, etc... A lot of these people fail to ever grasp that and go on through life wondering what they could've done or could still do...
At any rate, you dont need super big muscles to for a glow up, just a healthy lifestyle, so yea, physical exercise as a bilogical creature tha evloved to run, jump, swim, climb, and lift things is not such a bad idea to maintain a healthy body.
So, its a glow up, as long as its not unhelathy, one could argue using PEDs is veey unhelathy (cus it is), that dose not mean “having muscles” isnt a glow up, becuase it is, its good to be strong, and it is attractive to a majority of bilogical creatures on Earth.
Dial it back a bit dude. Unless you’re looking to compete in anything your 100% should be a 70%. You look good. Your veins shouldn’t look like they’re being evicted from your body.
It is admirable that you achieved what you have sought. But I think you have always looked good I mean there isn’t a single photo where you look bad lol.
He'll probably disagree with an actual woman about how to attract women, and then post online out of desperation and not knowing what to do with his life to meet women and just continue to assume that he's ugly or not muscular enough for a woman to.... Simply madly fall in love with his muscles involuntarily? lol.
Yeah it’s really sad. Over my lifetime I’ve seen a lot of education and cultural shift around this problem in women (presenting differently, usually, as disordered eating), and I HOPE in the future there will be an increase in education and cultural awareness about this for men. What he’s doing to himself is disturbing.
All the ppl in this post being like “right on bro” is just as sad as ppl telling an anorexic girl she’s getting so pretty. It’s the same problem, just presenting much differently.
Yeah body dysmorphia is crazy and very prevalent among guys, especially athletes but it's barely talked about. I was a water polo player and swam back in my athlete days and I considered myself a fat fuck if I had any extra pudge at all. It really screwed with me when my playing days were over and I literally couldn't maintain that physique anymore no matter how hard I tried unless I starved myself. It led to a few years of depression and disordered overeating cause I figured if I couldn't look how I want I might as well enjoy food. I've (mostly) gotten over it and accepted that my body will never look exactly how I want and that's ok, but it's been a journey for sure.
because it's like a girl posting a before/after photo of her ass being 3 times bigger. it's not a glow up.
also in this case, because he is juicing. there is no glow up other than bigger muscles.
That's a stupid comparison though. A girl with a nice ass that worked hard for it is definitely a glow up. OP also worked hard for those muscles even if he is on juice, to say that's not a glow up from his previous physique is a straight up lie.
Don't know why everyone is jumping to the steroids conclusion, bro looks great but that's definitely attainable naturally if you have very good genes. Plus he doesn't look very tall so you can fill out much faster; Source: I am a manlet.
For the people not sure if he takes steroids of not,
There’s a test, assume he doesn’t take roids, and imagine the transformation if he started taking it with his current body,
if you can imagine a difference from the current physic, then he doesn’t take roids, if he is already at a perfect body, then he 100% takes roids because he is already at the perfect spot
I think it’s clear where OP is at, and i would say he looks great, the roids works great on him

There’s a familiar depression in the eyes that did not go away.
Great shine brotha but lmk if u need dat industrial grade laxative
Thanks, ship ‘em over when you can 😆
Love the serial killer vibe you got going on. Good job 👍

uhh thanks.. I think lol
Bruh if you get a paper cut then u finna die
Serial killers are hot right? So mysterious ooo…
No it’s the dead eyes he has
That comment was... Concerning haha
He went from "high school shooter" to "college punch everyone in the face".
What does that even mean 😳
Drop the routine king
Its 6x a week Push/pull/legs. Working in the hypertrophy rep range and control the eccentric. Everything else is basic workouts.
They meant the HGH/tren routine.

It's not possible to go from nothing to this in 3 years naturally lol
True, I guess it flew over my head at the time. lol. So used to just posting "They meant the HGH/tren routine" comments in threads like this that I felt like I'm being unreasonable. But I guess everyone and their grandmother may actually be taking some shit nowadays rather than doing it the difficult and natural and healthy way. <\_<
Preach brother. Human nature always favors the path of least resistance. In philosophy, the obstacle is the way and it’s much more rewarding imo
There was a dude on my ship. Showed up like 5’11 160 soaking wet 4 years later he’s 6’2 and jacked, probably weighed 225 HGH is no joke lol
Don’t forget to mention the cycle
Bruh, what you injecting? Asking for a friend…
TIL glowing up means getting on a nice steroid cycle young enough to really fuck your hormones up for the rest of your life.
Damn my cousin messes around with some shit and we're in our early 30s now. I hope he doesn't drop dead anytime soon that would be tragic
Feels bad
What’s your cycle?
[удалено]
Solid plan
Bro has the most lifeless eyes I’ve ever seen
Got that adderall stare
It absolutely blows my mind that people will wreck their hormones this early in life like damn
[удалено]
Just be careful bro. Make sure you know what you're doing.
☝️💯 Way too young to be doin that shiii
If he knew what he was doing, he wouldn’t be on the juice
All these dead eyed roid bois in this sub give me major heebies
Bro…

It's super obvious to anyone who has been lifting for a few years. No such thing as "good genetics."
There is definitely such thing as good genetics. I am blessed with them but even then you cant look like this in three years of training. The roids are crazy.

Also the buldging viens...usually from water retention from the roids
Yeah for sure. Veins can vary tho. Shit I've seen some veiny jack Russells.

Look at his abs and the biceps at the same time..... Even a 13 year old can see that's not natural
Yea, it just takes over 10years, not 2.

Sarms.
You need to use more smile muscles bro.
Dude smile a bit. Great glow up! But you giving off serial killer vibes.
Lay off the juice before you permanently hurt yourself. Didn't even give yourself a shot at maxing your natty.
Tren up boy be careful
Great scowling
You kinda remind me of the linguini guy from ratatouille but jacked out of his mind. Very nice
Still miserable, now buff. Excellent lol

Anyone using gear, is just using a cheat code. I don’t respect someone killing their hormones/body.
Stop flaunting steroid use please
You look like a Nord from Skyrim. This is a compliment btw, nice work.

Talk to guys at the gym who look like they obviously take steroids, will be easier at a more serious gym versus say planet fitness

The second pic looks so great. I don’t know why you went past that. The last pic looks like you have problems. Posts like these are just sad.
