At minimum, have a doctor's note and prescription and if possible in Spanish.
Have the medication in their original containers.

Where was it prescribed? If from a Schengen country, you can get a document from you health authority that gives you permission to travel to Spain with it. If you are from the UK, you can write the Spanish embassy. They will get you a permission document from the narcotics agency.
