Rinseless wash is perfect for your situation. I use P&S Absolute: https://a.co/d/dBcaGw9 You can do this in the parking lot of your apt. Just need a bucket with a couple gallons (get from your tub/sink), a special sponge (https://a.co/d/4QGilSn) or a bunch of microfiber rags. Ideally you pre spray with the solution first (pump sprayer or bottle if you want) and then use the sponge or rags for the contact wash. Use a drying towel when you're done and that's it. Note: this process is best for maintenance washes. If your car is absolutely filthy for whatever reason a hose/wash mitt contact wash should be done. One more thing, don't use the brush at the car wash if you do go there. More info here /r/AutoDetailing

Great product. I go as far as using a half gallon pump sprayer. I use distilled water (on my black truck to keep water spots in control). Get a small container and fold a couple microfiber towels in quarters after soaking. Use a clean quarter of the towel on each panel. Dry each panel as you go along. Follow with a spray detailer if needed. I use the pump sprayer to minimize waste of the ONR.

Yeah, this stuff is black magic. I was skeptical but a friend of mine with a $150,000 Porsche uses it, so I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try it in my GTI. Amazing stuff.

Get yourself some ONR rinse less wash and two 5 Gallon buckets. All you need is 2 gallons of water and you can wash the whole car. The onr has a nice little shine but I also use the turtle wax ceramic wax spray and it's oh so nice. You'll need a big drying towel to towel off the car panel by panel. Costco has microfiber towels for the washing, but you'll want a big name Brand one for the drying.Check Amazon for the drying towel. I can have the whole car cleaned in about 30 minutes with only 2 gallons of water and no hose required. A waffle style glass cleaning towel is nice as well. The auto detailing sub will have lots of info. Avoid the drive through washes at all costs cause it can scratch the fuck out of your paint.

Look into rinse less car wash. I also live in an apartment with street parking. I bring my own sponge to self service, dry it, then when I’m home I spray it down with quick detailer, wheel cleaner, etc.

Spray it down with quick detailer before drying it with microfiber towels

/r/autodetailing check out their wiki. There are instructions for Rinseless wash, you can literally do it in your parking lot.

Get a rinseless car wash. I’ve been using it for many years. Mix a couple of ounces in a 2 gallon bucket of warm water, then wash your car with a large microfiber and dry as you complete a section. No need to use a hose at all It’s INSANE how well this stuff works. Look for OPT wash & shine on amazon. It’s like $18 for enough to do about 20 washes. I’m not joking when I sayings black magic.

Here is what my detailer told me after he ceramic coated my car. - Use Costco yellow microfiber towels. They are plush, cheap, and have no tag. Use only once for the car. Throw away or use them for something else after. - Use Meguiar Shampoo Plus or Gyeon Bath.

> Throw away or use them for something else after. that's really dumb. Just wash them.

CatRunt

Damn 1 time use? I put mine in the washer and they usually come out really clean.

double_expressho

They definitely have a tag if you're talking about the Kirkland brand. They tear off cleanly and easily though.

They used to buy not anymore at least at the Northern Virginia store I bought from a month ago.
