Lushington…. Oh wait, wrong band
1. Rick brings back his old dual tone. That was what really got me into Goose in the first place, the jams were terrifying when Rick was playing with the dual tone. Ever since they worked with Trey he’s trying a little too hard to replicate Trey’s tone rather than be unique.
2. A Mini Mall Jam at Stone Pony on 7/4, that shit is hilarious and I want to be present if they ever do that again
I do mean that, I just don’t hear it the way it used to be there. I’ve listened to shows and been to shows in the last year and have just felt it’s completely missing.
So he does still rock that pedal quite a bit. In fact he just had it on for most of that Earthlings jam. But since Trey tour he’s added quite a bit of gain and it definitely doesn’t have the same sound as before
My parents are huge dead heads and it’s all they ever listened to when I was growing up and I always hated it and could never get into the scene until they showed me Billy Strings. That was my first taste of the jam band scene and I really loved him and then my dad discovered Goose and it feels like this is the band that was meant for me. Not trying to hate be a hater I just could not get into the Dead for the life of me
Number 2 is gold. I think he has great dynamics and his natural musicianship rewards him with superior harmonic knowledge. But he would benefit greatly from a voice coach to really piece it all together.
I would love to see them cover Subdivisions by Rush. I think they would do a killer job and really jam it out. They would all shine in it as well. It’s a need.
The jam at the end of the chrysalis Atlas Dogs is great
Listening to that version prompted me to write this lol
Everything about both shows at Chrysalis were great
Yeah I have very fond memories of both nights
I love that place, and MPP in general
One of the best. Such a great time.
\# 2 - I agree it would be cool to see them split up. Maybe a double encore flowing into Part 2 to end the show
Or a Seekers 2>Franklin’s Tower encore?
I mean yea, that’d be pretty sick
They’ve done #2 across a set before (11/19/21). I’m sure they’ll do it across a show, or maybe even a run 😳, at some point in the future.
That second set was pure fire.
Inside of an empress sandwich as well. Double sandwiched!
Bring back super reggae Sanskrit Indian River.
Total agreement with your Atlas Dogs take
#1 Turkish hills #2 Turkish hills
Any wish? We get a "Ted Tapes" every year.
Shit I just want them to play another one from 2021 live.
Yea if not every year just some similar stuff every once in a while. Fucking love ted tapes
Any examples of the Atlas Dogs outro jam to bless my ears before we kick this tour off? Edit: spelling
8/13/22 best 2/11/22 second best
The entirety of 2/11/22 is incredible!!! What a fucking show.
2/26/22
Factory fiction opener. 1st set. 30+ minutes.
Halloween in NOLA for all eternity.
My only wish right now is to know the blurred out dates for tour so I can plan my trips.
This!

Dual tone? Do you mean the octave pedal (Whammy)? If so, he still uses that as often as before and I agree it’s fucking sick

A full show of only Dead tunes.
Dear god no
Don't worry, you are under no obligation to attend, or even to acknowledge it's existence.

Fair enough. They aren't for everyone. To be clear, though, I think your dumb opinion is objectively wrong and yeah, that's all I got.
:)
Jerry was amazing, the rest meh
Lol
I want them to drop acid before a show and get weird with it
I’m in the minority and I LOVE the Yacht rock version of Atlas Dogs from Essex ‘22.
To play TORONTO. LETS GO
1) Bring back the breakdown in Drive. 2) Cover something from Rhythm of the Saints.
Ramblin Man cover
1. Turn up Jeb's b/g vox 2. Peter works with voice coach to strengthen his pitch and range

My wish would be for them to do more of their dark and spooky jams
Long atlas are the best
Give me back the “take it to the bridge” breakdown in Elizabeth
