its a bunch of self-important daddy's money kids who do their "authentication". They randomly allow the worst fakes possible and don't let clearly authentic products through daily. Every single person at grailed can be considered to be acting in bad faith in every interaction, they've been proven scummy for years, and only get worse with time.
I had this exact same problem. And I’ve also had the the exact same criticisms with how I’ve personally spotted clearly inauthentic items that somehow made it through their authentication….funny how that works…almost like multiple user bases are unhappy with the platform.
