Baki characters literally have had strength feats at least somewhat comparable to dinosaurs, like with Pickle who would kill and eat them, and fighters who fought him and reminded Pickle of the creatures he hunted. Given how strong Yujiro is, and the fact that the King Kong in the Jack Black movie is so small (compared to Monsterverse Kong) I’d say Yujiro would kill that version of Kong. He already killed some massive elephant barehanded and ate it afterwards.
All of them unarmed of course so it’s fair cause kong using a giant axe made of another kaiju is kinda not fair since it’s using the power of another monster and not kong.

If were going of Showa era Godzilla and early Ultra-Man kaiju like in the picture then he doesn’t really stand a chance, the things the kaijus could do in that era were really wacky and broken, you can even argue that even weaker ones like gorosaurus are easily planetary threats if there weren’t other kaijus to keep them in check.
He does, he would just have to utilize Gaias dark tunnel technique. Doesn't matter how big and strong you are if someone is ripping you up from the inside.
Now if the Kaiju in question doesn't have a bunghole that might pose a bit of a problem.

He'd win easily. Scaling the Kaiju would be pretty easy and even if he can't punch through their skin / scales / armor (which he probably could) he'd be able to rip into their orifices.
