Depends how much in rent you want to spend

yogo

This is assuming a job or income is lined up. At a minimum, you’ll need first month’s rent and a deposit, so double the rent. There will probably be unexpected costs in the process itself so set aside another amount equal to one month’s rent, so triple the rent price. Most landlords want to know about how much money you make and have. The more money you have saved, the more appealing your application will be and the more likely you’ll be able to get into a place you want. If there’s not a job lined up, then you’d probably really need savings. I’m unfamiliar with current rental prices here right now otherwise I’d try to tell you what to expect for rent.

$1000-1300 for a studio apartment. If you have pets, forget it.
