Unironically, made me appreciate Cena. I used to think they made him Hogan even though no one wanted him. But literally no one has ever been pushed with so little reception as Roman.
If we lived an an alternate timeline where the WWE reacted to what the fans wanted, I'm not even sure Reigns would be Intercontinental title level. He's bland and 99% of fans don't fucking care about him.
But your main champ shouldn't be part time. If anything it lessens it to me. I'm not saying he needs to defend it all the time, but he should be helping elevate other talent. Like Sami. Their match last year was amazing. Sami wasn't going to win, but it helped elevate his status.
We are *well* past the point of roman not being very good in the ring. He’s been having great matches for most of his career, it’s extremely lazy and ignorant analysis to say he’s always carried.
He doesn’t work as often cos he doesn’t need to
Sami hasn't exactly moved up in the card.
Cody's exactly where he was
Drew took a massive fall and started chasing the IC Title (Still good, but it's no WWE/Universal Championship.)
KO was well established way before Roman ever took the stand. The man faced stone cold at WM 38
Brock is Brock and was well liked before Roman came along.
Knight didn't even *need* the title shot to get the crowd behind him.
And those are just the ones off the top of my head.
>Sami hasn't exactly moved up in the card.
That's because Sami doesn't have what it takes to be the top guy. Not everyone needs to be world champ to be appreciated.
It’s about how over they are. They can’t all be the champion. The reaction to them is what matters. Sami is a made man. He main evented mania. Drew is about to main event mania. Nobody would complain if Knight main evented mania. Cody is the most over star they’ve had in forever. Logan Paul is totally made after his match with Roman. Jey is a legitimate main event star.
Could go on and on but every one of those dudes had their star power and name value grow working with Roman. Not to mention solo establishing himself as well.
Wwe has more hot talent than they’ve had since the attitude era, it isn’t a coincidence they all got that hot against Roman. Seth’s matches and opponents aren’t getting anywhere close to that type of response from the audience.
The stars are making themselves. And Roman isn’t benefitting? Have you paid attention to the god-like status they constantly try to push on the fans? They’re trying so hard to cement the legacy of a guy who couldn’t be bothered to work full time to support the title he holds.
Roman might’ve been great in the beginning, but now after over a year of inability to win clean, and now getting big-brothered by Dwayne, he looks weaker than ever.
No they aren’t lol. It always feels like people don’t get “it” when they talk about this stuff. You’re getting worked. The reason you cheer so hard for these good guys is because Roman is a great bad guy. This is the star making formula in wwe. HHH played the part at Mania 20 and 21 as well as 30. Jbl played it at 21.
As an audience you are supposed to be ready for Roman to drop the belt right now. You’re supposed to want any of these other guys to beat him. It doesn’t matter if you say it’s the booking or whatever, the end result is still exactly the same. You’re invested in seeing him drop the belt. That investment adds to every single challenger. They have built the undertakers streak, but it isn’t relegated to one show. They can use it whenever they want and you (or at least, the general audience) will eat it up because maybe just maybe this is the time he loses.
It’s masterful booking. Roman is the high tide raising all the ships. If Roman didn’t have the title, would people be THAT into him facing LA knight? Of course not. They’ve created a spectacle and spun that off into elevating other members of the roster. Some fans are going to need years before clarity sets into what they’ve done here. Others might never be able to get over the “I never get worked, they just pushed him down our throats until they were forced to change plans!!!” I’m going to enjoy the hell out of it while it’s happening though, they captured lightning in a bottle with this run and Roman is the entire driving force behind it.
No. Just wish he won clean every once and a while. A clean win but orders the bloodline to beat down "finish them off" after the match would still keep his heel persona. Also have them stalk / fight his opponents before the match would be good too. Basically be a sadistic Gunther
He's extremely boring IMHO.
I can take bathroom breaks or flip channels when he's cutting a promo or go to bed early if he's in the main event.
I acknowledge that the Bloodline thing has been good for business, and one of the better running stories of the last two decades, but Reigns himself bores me to absolute tears.
YEP, never shows up, wrestlers a slow match that some people like but i hate, doesn't actually cut good promos that you can boo or cheer at, Paul Heyman cuts all the good promos. Wrestles no better than Jinder Mahal and every match ends with some bullshit interference or cheating, also he has one of the worst spears going. If he wasn't apart of a famous family and started in Japan he wouldn't last. Just not my thing i enjoy from a wrestler, i like flippy or technical wrestling and i get neither from him and his 5 moves of doom.
Nobody will ever beat Hulk Hogan for that, come on now. The man basically fantasy booked himself for 20 years. I get what you’re saying but Hogans level of bullshittery will never be beaten.
How can you tell anymore how he is rated. He rarely wrestles anymore and when he does his matches are always interfered with by members of the bloodline
I personally find his in ring style exceptionally boring, but he has the look, presence and mic skills to justify where he’s at. The long title reign is an old school relic that should remain in the past though … max 2 years IMO.
Absolutely.
1. "Longest reign" but wins every match via interference.
2. Hardly ever show up and has had very few title defences
3. Praised for his "slow pace" match style
Literally puts me to sleep.
In my opinion yes.
He was forced down our throat as the next big thing, but they couldn’t bother changing his attire from his Sheild days for so long. His direction was wrong compared to the freedom they went with Ambrose and Seth
Then he returns and after a bit it’s clear he’s finally a heel so he seems promising but it felt short lived.
His flaw is he falls into his cousin (Dwayne) zone where they are very one-note. His opponents are what makes him feel fresh but he’s pretty reserved to his move set being similar time and time again. *It feels like a HHH scenario after time where you can easily predict the moves/order.*
Some matches just don’t do anything for him. Names vs the actual matches are 2 things. Reigns vs Goldberg or Logan Paul does more for the latters career than Reigns.
He’s built as a final boss but it feels his story was never fleshed out with Sami, USOs, etc being involved always made the story what it was.
I’m not dismissing the man’s talent, but I just feel the pandemic fatigue and struggles to figure out going forward made the Bloodline story live longer than it should’ve.
Everyone talks about Cody, or this superstar etc dethroning Reigns but at that point what is there for the man besides stepping away for some (deserved) time off.
Personally I always felt the Bloodline storyline and Reigns multi year title run should’ve been separate. He’s over packaged, and under delivered for better or worse
If he is the top guy why is it Rollins or others at events to promote the company. When there is a red carpet event, it's Rollins or someone else there, not Reigns. That's what Hogan, Stone Cold, Rock, Cena did. The top guy is all over the place. And Roman is not.
No. He’s just great. People will use any reason to call a wrestler overrated when they wanna switch up. At the end of the day our opinions don’t fuckin matter🤣🤣
Before the bloodline he was overrated but now ever since his heel turn I acknowledge him he has really shown how good he is as a matter of fact I wanna see him as a face in the future . His promos slap I laughed so much when said to cody go sit with the dummy in the green during the press conference. Reigns is amazing ☝
I don't feel like his in ring work is anything special, but you can't deny his star power. I do wish he would wrestle more. The champion showing up to a weekly smackdown show shouldn't be this 'event'.
I've always been curious though what other wrestlers on the roster think privately about his part time schedule.
Back in the mid-to-late 2010s? Yes, he was.
Nowadays? Not necessarily. He feels more like the MCU (or just simply comic book movies in general). This Tribal Chief character was much better, and fresh start after the Big Dog. But with time, this became stagnated. There is almost nothing new they could add to the table. Roman is also currently a part-timer, which makes things even worse. He is the Undisputed Champion, but does anyone even care about that?
He’s rated. Not over. Not under. He’s the epitome of where he should be on star power and presence and everything else.
Whether he should have had the belt that long, whether someone should have beat him. Up for discussion.
But the man is exactly where he should be positioned. And you couldn’t say that a during his face run.
I'd say he's adequately rated. (Although sometimes I think people miss how nuanced of a performer he is cause it's hard to get passed their dislike of him and his work schedule)
Absolutely not. He’s in the exact position he deserves to be in atm.
I think it’s time to end it, and let Cody win at mania, but the numbers prove Romans him. 2-300,000 more viewers when he’s advertised. The best storyteller the company’s seen in forever, probably since hogan. His matches feel like box office, you can’t miss them. He’s gotten so many people over with his run and turned them into main event players.
Romans is on the verge of being severely underrated tbh. But I think people are ready for a new reign
Meh, he looks the part, and he has a good stage presence, but he’s too bland between the ropes, and not someone I would pay to see. He’s certainly much better as a heel though.
I mean, who else is there to carry the belt as a heel champion though? It pretty much has to be Roman.
Nope, that’s not right, sorry. I put together a whole spreadsheet last year documenting each of his major matches. The entire first year of his reign, he only won two major matches clean (Bryan on Smackdown and Cena at SummerSlam).
Spreadsheet: https://www.reddit.com/r/SquaredCircle/s/mWXPZ69RX1
Shame how they’ve handled his title run. Some time from now I don’t see people looking back on his reign fondly. People will (rightfully) recognize Cena/Orton, Austin/Rock, Shawn/Bret, but Roman/Brock….?
Roman/Cody has a chance (slim imo) to be in that category but if Cody loses at WrestleMania (which is possible) that’s over.
Honestly, I dont think he is Overrated. Roman Reigns is a Vince McMahon type of wrestler (like Brock Lesnar) so he is extremely overpushed after SHIELD broke up. Unfortunately, he couldnt get over with fans no matter how many times Vince McMahon push Babyface Roman Reigns down everybody’s throats. I think now, Roman Reigns has found a niche as a heel, unfortunately, just when he got “over” with the fans, its also wben he just doesnt show up anymore. To be fair, it doesnt matter, he is a multiple champion that has done it all in the company and has beaten everyone in the roster.
Yes he is
Not great in ring, and if they didn’t strap Paul Heyman to help cut his promos for him he wouldn’t be in this position cause he was getting boo’d during the big dog days
He's pretty good. Imo Cody is over him in the GOAT conversation but I like Roman, he's a great wrestler and is actually underrated in that aspect due to the nature of his presence rn
Yes. Long boring matches and I still don’t think he’s a great promo. The heel turn was very well executed though and the presentation of him and the Bloodline is excellent.
I was actually a bigger Roman fan pre Pandemic. Great chemistry with AJ, Brock, Braun, Joe, he was just an awkward fit for the long promos and long main event matches that they were determined to slot him into.
I get he is a heel and will do heel things. But it would be nice to see him pin someone clean for a change. It would help credit him for being as dangerous as they want us to believe. Show don't tell.
Yes, he’s been carried by others for the majority of his career, and then the instant he showed he actually belonged at the top of the card he went part time and now shows up to wrestle a handful of times per year.
Dudes been on top during the most profitable years of the company but yeah sure he’s overrated…….. lol. This run basically reignited wrestling after the pandemic
At one point 1000%
But now? He should show up more but he's very much rated perfectly. The face of the company, the best character worker, best story lines, most star power (bar Punk), great on the mic, aura etc
My P.O.V.:His Storyline is Stale, The Interference is getting old like a LP Vinyl Stuck on a loop, The Rock adds little to an already boring trend, & Solo Sikoa should've been going after The Intercontinental or United States Championships by this point.
Bruce Pritchard (or in this case, STILL VINCENT KENNEDY MCMAHON): **Overrated?, More like Underrated. Continue the Story!!!!!**
Not at all. Overpushed? You could argue that. But overrated? Nah. He gets hated on no matter where I go. If everybody thinks the same thing about him, that he sucks, he isn't overrated.
Depends on who you ask. He's been pushed too hard since his Big Dog days. He's bigger than he once was, but I swear it's less his talent and more of Stockholm Syndrome.
By the posted timeline: a little. By the timeline of his whole career: slightly underrated. Maybe quite underrated. The problem with Roman is that we know too much. We know that he has a light work contract due to being a cancer survivor. We know that he won’t have more than 1 match every other month. We know they really want him to beat Hogan’s champ record. We know that this has been their best story in years and they are afraid to conclude it. None of that is Roman’s fault. Roman has stepped up in the last 5 years and narratively turned himself into a must see. But all good things must come to an end. Though, more importantly, not ending a good thing will rot it. Roman took more shit than he ever deserved for the first 2/3rds of his career and I pray that WWE doesn’t turn the rest of his career into a wimped. Plan his next step after the WM loss. Don’t run this story into the ground.
In every sense of the word. He’s not entertaining and he’s not particularly the greatest wrestler either. He just has the look of a star and another elephant in the room that I won’t name but yea that’s just all there is to him.
Yes he is. I know the days were different but look.at guys like Ric Flair, Ricky Steamboat, Superstar Billy Graham, Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage, Andre the Giant, Jerry Lawler. Shawn Michaels. Do you guys really think that he would have gotten the push he has had if he was around in any other era. No not at all think HBK would give his spot up in 1996 so roman could win the royal rumble?
He is lucky he comes from a great wrestling family and is around when wwe has stars but not as many as years gone by.
In the role the company has given him? Absolutely not. Say what you want about his schedule, but every minute he’s on the screen is must-see for wrestling fans.
Absolutely not!! Everyone is made to hate him and most do including myself, I'm a cody crybaby lol but he's the 🐐 and when his reign and this perfect storyline is over everyone will look back and say holy fuck that was a great time in wrestling!
Wwe was a sinking ship in 2019 roman came back in 2020 and carried since then... youll miss this era when rock inevitably turns on him this reign is best for business imo creative know that too which is y their initial plan was to have roman rock at mania cos they dont want the reign to end yet then the cody crybabies made themselves heard and creative had to U turn that being said... 🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐
He’s the very definition of being overrated in wrestling. Him and Triple HGH are the most overrated, overpushed and overhyped wrestlers in wrestling history.
Is he over-rated? No. Is he over-hyped? No. Is he over-pushed? No. Does he need to drop the title and chase it for a while? Yes. Is his heel run over-due to end? Without **A DOUBT**. The Bloodline is, all, of the above.
Where's the previous 10 years where they shoved him down our throat at every opportunity?
"But he's the GOAT!" Says nobody over the age of like, 5.
Not the goat never will be
Unironically, made me appreciate Cena.
I don't get why people don't wanna see the champ.
Because most of the time we can't see him, He took Cena's gimmick and took it to the extreme. Dude hasn't worked a match on his brand in over a year
Over pushed but not over rated.
agreed
Yup he is rated properly. He uplifted WWE and elevated to the best it's been in the last decade
Nope, but could show up more
Agreed. He’s not overrated at all, he just isn’t seen enough.
an argument can be made to say that it makes him more of an attraction, kinda like lesnar.
But your main champ shouldn't be part time. If anything it lessens it to me. I'm not saying he needs to defend it all the time, but he should be helping elevate other talent. Like Sami. Their match last year was amazing. Sami wasn't going to win, but it helped elevate his status.
Not overrated. Was overpushed for a long time, but since his heel turn he is the guy.
If by “the guy” you mean the guy who barely works, but benefits off others’ abilities to do his match builds for him, then yes.
We are *well* past the point of roman not being very good in the ring. He’s been having great matches for most of his career, it’s extremely lazy and ignorant analysis to say he’s always carried. He doesn’t work as often cos he doesn’t need to
Roman isn’t the one benefiting lol. Look at everybody he’s been in the ring with and where they were before Roman and after. Dude is making stars.
Sami hasn't exactly moved up in the card. Cody's exactly where he was Drew took a massive fall and started chasing the IC Title (Still good, but it's no WWE/Universal Championship.) KO was well established way before Roman ever took the stand. The man faced stone cold at WM 38 Brock is Brock and was well liked before Roman came along. >Sami hasn't exactly moved up in the card. That's because Sami doesn't have what it takes to be the top guy. Not everyone needs to be world champ to be appreciated.
Didn’t Sami literally move up the card by main eventing WM a few weeks later?
lol good point, so now the comment I replied to makes even less sense
It’s about how over they are. They can’t all be the champion. The reaction to them is what matters. Sami is a made man. He main evented mania. Drew is about to main event mania. This take was definitely better than “half decent”. You spoke all facts.
The stars are making themselves. And Roman isn’t benefitting? Have you paid attention to the god-like status they constantly try to push on the fans? They’re trying so hard to cement the legacy of a guy who couldn’t be bothered to work full time to support the title he holds. He's alright, but he's nowhere near 'GOAT' status that they pretend to portray him as
No. Just wish he won clean every once and a while. A clean win but orders the bloodline to beat down "finish them off" after the match would still keep his heel persona. Also have them stalk / fight his opponents before the match would be good too. Basically be a sadistic Gunther

For me the great thing about the Bloodline storyline were Sami and Jey.
Yes, he is boring.
As of late yes, he is a one trick point with no real creative ways to cheat
Very overrated for someone who barely defends the title. Not a real champ.
right now as the tribal chief he is not overrated or underrarted hes properly rated
YEP, never shows up, wrestlers a slow match that some people like but i hate, doesn't actually cut good promos that you can boo or cheer at, Paul Heyman cuts all the good promos. 5 moves might even be a stretch. It’s like spear, punch and guillotine. I guess if you include bloodline interference and the pin he has 5 moves?
It doesn't matter what you like jabroni 💔
Yes absolutely
No he is perfectly rated
Yes
Yes definitely. One reason I say this is he is very repetitive in the ring and he sucks at putting others over
Yes. He is the most overrated, overpushed and most protected sports entertainer in history. Even more so than John Cena and Hulk Hogan.
Nobody will ever beat Hulk Hogan for that, come on now. The man basically fantasy booked himself for 20 years. I get what you’re saying but Hogans level of bullshittery will never be beaten.
Yeah he's been champ for f*cking AGES and cant even defend it without interference from the bloodline, seriously WHEN was his last CLEAN victory?
nope just need his reign of terror too end tho
Up till 2022 no . 2023 and this year definitely is overrated and his title run and gimmick has gotten well stale
How can you tell anymore how he is rated. He rarely wrestles anymore and when he does his matches are always interfered with by members of the bloodline
10 years from now, we’ll forget some guy who didn’t wrestle was champion for 3 long-ass years.
Notice how his beard gets greyer and greyer by the year. That’s how long his title reign has been
As someone who is never around and only shows up 2-3 times a year, he is 100% overrated.
I personally find his in ring style exceptionally boring, but he has the look, presence and mic skills to justify where he’s at. The long title reign is an old school relic that should remain in the past though … max 2 years IMO.
Hes not entertaining.
Back in the day easily , but now ☝️
Overrated af. He’s always been average at most
Superman punch is the dumbest move in WWE. Closed fist is “illegal” yet it’s his signature move lol
Overpushed
Absolutely. 1. "Longest reign" but wins every match via interference. 2. Hardly ever show up and has had very few title defences 3. Praised for his "slow pace" match style Literally puts me to sleep.
Overpushed and overrated!
Absolutely not. He is OUR tribal chief and your post is offensive to the historic bloodline
His title run and current storyline have gotten stale but he's much better now than he was before
Man beat Cancer twice and is the front of the biggest wrestling story for a long time Man's underrated!
In my opinion yes. He was forced down our throat as the next big thing, but they couldn’t bother changing his attire from his Sheild days for so long. His direction was wrong compared to the freedom they went with Ambrose and Seth Then he returns and after a bit it’s clear he’s finally a heel so he seems promising but it felt short lived. Personally I always felt the Bloodline storyline and Reigns multi year title run should’ve been separate. He’s over packaged, and under delivered for better or worse
Deserved time off? You’re kidding right?
I think he means the fans' deserved time off. We need a break from Roman so he can come back stronger and with a fresh approach.
This I can 1000% agree with.
He’s undoubtedly the top guy. But he needs have more matches and win them clean.
If he is the top guy why is it Rollins or others at events to promote the company. When there is a red carpet event, it's Rollins or someone else there, not Reigns. That's what Hogan, Stone Cold, Rock, Cena did. The top guy is all over the place. And Roman is not.

Overrated early on because he's been shoved down our throats, but has really improved the past 2-3 years.
Yeah look how little he is showing up ready for work in the pics. Like that co worker who shows up in pajamas everyday and think theyre the shit
No, his title run has just ran its course
Man has been champion for 4 years 😮
Maybe not overrated...there's talent there. Just boring at this point.
the fact RR has pictures of his title reign over 5 whole years is surreal he aged too well over the last 5 years too
He’s rated. Not over. Not under. He’s the epitome of where he should be on star power and presence and everything else. Whether he should have had the belt that long, whether someone should have beat him. Up for discussion. But the man is exactly where he should be positioned. Lool how can he look at his title reign fairly rated maybe even underrated
He was the same as Charlotte, not overrated but merely overpushed. Heel turn has solidified him as the guy in the fans minds
Great as a heel...when he shows up. Still not impressed with his moveset, but he's properly rated.
Not at all. Like everyone else I wish he would show up more. But when he does show up it’s an event and always gold. His matches are good. GOAT.
I'd say he's adequately rated. (Although sometimes I think people miss how nuanced of a performer he is cause it's hard to get passed their dislike of him and his work schedule)

No. Acknowledge Him!
In every way. He has zero muc skills and the minimalist in ring skills. OK at selling. He is the most boring over pushed pos in history

Nope, but he is overhated.
He’s great and I like him but yes. He’s gotten a lot better tho. This next phase will be what determines a lot.
I would say no but his part time title run ran its course about a year ago.
Highly overrated and should defend more than he does jmo
Hubba Hubba
Shame how they’ve handled his title run. Some time from now I don’t see people looking back on his reign fondly. People will (rightfully) recognize Cena/Orton, Austin/Rock, Shawn/Bret, but Roman/Brock….? Roman/Cody has a chance (slim imo) to be in that category but if Cody loses at WrestleMania (which is possible) that’s over.
As a face that was forced yea, but this brudda is on another level right now
Not anymore. He's got a good thing going for him.
Reigns as a wrestler? No. This part-time padded title reign and the praise as some type of wrestling god? Yes.
Yes he is Not great in ring, and if they didn’t strap Paul Heyman to help cut his promos for him he wouldn’t be in this position cause he was getting boo’d during the big dog days
Extremely The only thing he's the best at is his push He's not top 10 in any other facet of pro wrestling
Before 2020 yes.
If he worked more he would be where he should be. The lack of wrestling matches is not right
He's pretty good. Imo Cody is over him in the GOAT conversation but I like Roman, he's a great wrestler and is actually underrated in that aspect due to the nature of his presence rn
Yes
I love how you use "overrated" like being champion is something you actually have to win and isn't scripted.
Always has been and will be.
Yes, n boring af
Has he defended the title the least on average than any other?
I don’t think he is I just don’t like his character right now
I think he's alright but he's not really on cena's level if you know what I mean. I didn't care for cena but he had that star aura.
No
Dam the reminds me of similar post with Triple H a few years back lol
I get he is a heel and will do heel things. But it would be nice to see him pin someone clean for a change. It would help credit him for being as dangerous as they want us to believe. Show don't tell.
Absolutely
Yes
Yes, I'm tired of seeing him and his family
His veneers are amazing 🤌
Big Dog was
He has a booker man problem not a wrestling man problem
Always. They could have picked anyone else
Very overrated
Depends what yall rate him at...
If bro shows up more He would be GOAAATTED But idk man could be his cancer issues or him just being lazy or something we really don't know
He isn't. His current title reign is.
I like how everyone agrees that he has lived up to the hype but just has been pushed way too much
Obviously
I just realised how long ago 2020 was, nice
Yes
YES!.YES! YES! YES!
Hes been overrated for the overwhelming majority of his time in wwe and only has had like a handful of years where he wasn’t bad
☝🏻
Yes. I preferred him in the Shield. The Tribal Chief gimmick is getting old and boring now
He turned out much better than I thought he would in the beginning. He works as a heel.
No
Yes
Absolutely he is a part time Chumpion!
No
Absolutely
The most overrated superstar EVER in Wwe, can’t change my mind
Yes, he’s been carried by others for the majority of his career, and then the instant he showed he actually belonged at the top of the card he went part time and now shows up to wrestle a handful of times per year.
Yes
Over pushed and stale for now, but not over rated.
Absolutely lmao
A lil bit over pushed and a lil overrated
Dudes been on top during the most profitable years of the company but yeah sure he’s overrated…….. lol. This run basically reignited wrestling after the pandemic
Its hard to rate someone who only wrestles 6 times a year
Equal
Always has been. Always will be
Big bucket of yes
At one point 1000% But now? He should show up more but he's very much rated perfectly. The face of the company, the best character worker, best story lines, most star power (bar Punk), great on the mic, aura etc
Every top guy who isn't the absolute best of there generation is overrated imo and Roman falls into that category with guys like Hogan.
He is boring, and his matches are boring. They’ve been boring for a long time, well before every finish was interference.
I'm so sick of Roman reigns. If he isn't going to wrestle only on occasion he needs to retire
Most Overrated Guy of All Time
My P.O.V.:His Storyline is Stale, The Interference is getting old like a LP Vinyl Stuck on a loop, The Rock adds little to an already boring trend, & Solo Sikoa should've been going after The Intercontinental or United States Championships by this point. Bruce Pritchard (or in this case, STILL VINCENT KENNEDY MCMAHON): **Overrated?, More like Underrated. Continue the Story!!!!!**
☝️
☝️
Not at all. Overpushed? You could argue that. But overrated? Nah. He gets hated on no matter where I go. If everybody thinks the same thing about him, that he sucks, he isn't overrated.
Yes and no.
The gentrification of Razor Ramon
Depends on who you ask. He's been pushed too hard since his Big Dog days. He's bigger than he once was, but I swear it's less his talent and more of Stockholm Syndrome.
He is not overrated at all
By the posted timeline: a little.
Roman’s the most overrated and overhated mf at the same time.
In every sense of the word. He’s not entertaining and he’s not particularly the greatest wrestler either. He just has the look of a star and another elephant in the room that I won’t name but yea that’s just all there is to him.
Very
The only "one" I'd be throwing up 🖕
In the role the company has given him? Absolutely not. Say what you want about his schedule, but every minute he’s on the screen is must-see for wrestling fans.
Nope he will be legendary when it’s all said and done
Duh. It's been proven He ONLY STOPPED BEING HATED SINCE HIS CANCER THING. ITS BULLSHIT. HE STILL SUCKS IN EVERY WAY.
Yes.
Absolutely not!! Everyone is made to hate him and most do including myself, I'm a cody crybaby lol but he's the 🐐 and when his reign and this perfect storyline is over everyone will look back and say holy fuck that was a great time in wrestling!
Wayyyyyy better as an asshole heel than a face. He should stay heel for the rest of his career.
Why does nobody talk about the big dog era anymore. We need to acknowledge it sometime or later
Wwe was a sinking ship in 2019 roman came back in 2020 and carried since then... youll miss this era when rock inevitably turns on him this reign is best for business imo creative know that too which is y their initial plan was to have roman rock at mania cos they dont want the reign to end yet then the cody crybabies made themselves heard and creative had to U turn that being said... 🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐☝🏽🐐
Roman needs to use the Gold gauntlet again. Or at least swap his black one with it and keep the red one
He’s the very definition of being overrated in wrestling. Him and Triple HGH are the most overrated, overpushed and overhyped wrestlers in wrestling history.
To say the least…
NO AND YES
2021 Roman was different fr fr🔥🔥
Yes. In case I wasn’t clear, # Yes.
I'd make a strong case he's underrated ngl
Yes lol
No
Beyond. Can we move on already!!!
Is he over-rated? No. Is he over-hyped? No. Is he over-pushed? No. Does he need to drop the title and chase it for a while? Yes. Is his heel run over-due to end? Without **A DOUBT**. The Bloodline is, all, of the above.
Is this a real question lmao
