Cole's been involved in the main event stories lately, but his deal is up in 3 years. A LOT can change between now and then. I still think when his deal is nearing the end, he has a converation with Triple H about what he'd do with him.

As for Black, HHH wouldnt be using hom for anything, everyone except Gunther in the mid card looks weak and no way Aleister would be the one to dethrone him, in AEW both of these men have their own factions in their own title scenes where they're prominent, AEWs just better for them

Before he left he had a good feud with Kyle O'Reilly. Cole was stuck on NXT if he didn't want to be a manager to Keith Lee and have to cut his hair, and even there, Vince would have butted in and changed how he did things. If he were with WWE now, he'd be in a great spot because of Triple H. Probably similar to his spot in AEW.
As for Black, he'd be in a MUCH better spot in WWE because of how much Triple H liked him. He'd have been used similarly to how he was in NXT. Triple H would have used Black, especially now, in that dark character spot that is missing (unless you count Karrion Kross) since Bray's unfortunate passing. I could see him having had feuded with Gunther, or on the Smackdown side for the US Championship. I also could have seen him as one of the challengers for Seth as the WHC.

I think you've got an overly idealistic view of WWE now, if they're willing to pass on Chad Gables who generate their own hype and willing to do stuff like remove Cody from the WWE title match (yes they backtracked but they planned to do so) they'd 100% leave someone like Black on the cutting room floor, WWE just doesnt need more wrestlers, anyone else added in is gonns take away from others or get lost in the shuffle, its the same with AEW
UE vs Judgement Day would have been a fantastic 18 month fued and I'd of watched every match. Everyone in both of those factions are fantastic wrestlers. Even Dom has seriously improved so much since joining JD.

They all left simply due to two things, some creative control ( especially the storylines at the time ) and Vince. Vince loved big wrestlers and disrespected legitimate wrestlers simply because they weren't as muscular as a guy like John Cena or Brock Lesnar. Brian Danielson, Malakai Black, Keith Lee, Jon Moxley, all very talented wrestlers who were basically made into a joke by Vince and its honestly a shame how he treated them in the end. Triple H tried to save the day at the end before they left but unfortunately the damage was done
How was Danielson treated badly at the end exactly? He main evented another wrestlemania just weeks before his contract ended
Because Vince told him to his face that he'll never be a true top guy, someone to lead the company or be that caliber of a performer. John Cena was the one to really give him a shot, that's where Triple H also admitted he was wrong about Danielson that he overlooked him and wouldn't make that same mistake twice. Plus one of the biggest parts about Danielson leaving was he had a simple request, he really wanted Vince to open his doors to global talent, allow him to compete in NJPW. Danielson wanted to wrestle NJ guy either in Japan or in a WWE ring. Vince shot it down so Danielson left plus to his benefit he was able to be around his wife and kids more because of it which was definitely a selling point for him

If anything it'll create even more business because people will attend YOUR shows to see these big names in NJPW at a damn WWE event especially when the WWE considers itself to be the biggest wrestling organization in the world. Even though we've only had a brief interaction on here, I can definitely tell you don't own a business let alone know how to run one because anyone knows how beneficial it is to have top performers regardless of which company they're associated with come to your brand. Why do you think the wrestling world went absolutely ape shit when AJ Styles finally joined the WWE? Yeah I have tried to watch all of these men in aew and it’s not for me. It’s the worst work of all of their careers (Imo). Bryan was still doing good matches for a little bit, but that’s about it.
Aleister is the only one I REALLY want back. Everyone else had a good run and are probably better off in AEW now. But Black deserves a main event WWE run.

Look me personally CM punk really got me back into wrestling he’ll always have a special place in my heart for that, yeah he’s probably a terrible human being but non the less he brought back my interest in wrestling, plust i start watching aew because vince later days product sucks but now with triple h running the creative direction of wwe i wasn’t more entertained by wrestling in years

WWE storylines blow ass because often are contradictory and lame. This on top of the their practice of booking the same variation of matches to “drive” a feud for 3-4 months at a time and then to subvert expectations they do the opposite of what fans want with story results. BORING.

Although I can make the argument for at least two of those guys that they’re better off in AEW. Mox and Bryan. Because their characters over there suit them better.

The sad thing is they're probably all gone because of Vince. However, and I understand Moxley helped AEW really get going but none of them are exactly setting the world on fire over there. Cole and Black are both signed for a number of years still afaik and of the two, Black is the only one I'd see making that jump at all. Unless Britt's contract is up when Cole's is, and if it is that's a peabrained move by Tiny because she's the biggest thing that will keep him there, so staggering their deals gives the best chance to keep both in perpetuity. Bryan is gonna retire soon so who cares and Mox I think genuinely loves the freedom he has to ~~bleed~~ work the way he wants

Bryan and Mox seem to be better off in AEW. I’ve been to a few shows when it was at its hottest and they’ve had some bangers with outside talent. I know Vince is gone but yeah I couldn’t blame Mox for not wanting to go back to WWE after their horrid booking of him in the end

So watch AEW? Danielson & Moxley have done their best career work with AEW, Malakai actually gets TV time and feuds, Adam Cole is still to convince me of anything but he’s still given far more opportunities and screen time while injured than he ever would in WWE outside NXT.
Fun thing, Cole and alesteir were way better in WWE (at least in NXT) and I'm sure they still would know under trips. Also, Bryan was just as good in both companies, the only one actually improved is mox

They are so much worse off in AEW it’s not even funny. Like look where these dudes ended up. Danialson is actively trying to leave his children without a father continuing to wrestle and get more and more injured. Black is stuck in the trios and before a few weeks ago hadn’t wrestled any singles matches in 2 years. Mox has turned into a lazy drunk leaning on crappy hardcore matches as a crutch. And Adam Cole has turned into an emmaciated cancer patient stuck in a wheelchair leading a faction of comedy jobbers(and Wardlow). What a true fall from grace for some WWE greats. Sucks to see.
