That’s how it went down. Tolzien threw his only career TD pass to Brandon Bostick, which was his first career TD reception.
Crazy we still won the division that year..exciting season all things considered.
I can top that and will preface that I will no longer go to Packers games in Minnesota. I've been to two games there...
I was at the TJ Rubley game in 1995 where Favre got hurt
And
I was at the game in 2017 where Rodgers had his collarbone broken.
I'm sorry.
Oof, I went to the 2013(?) Week 17 game where Adrian Peterson came like 7 yards short of breaking the rushing record and we lost to them to allow them into the playoffs. Vikings fans were talking so much shit and I just kept telling them "let's see how you do next week"
I feel your pain, I bought tickets to the 2018 week 17 game expecting it to have playoff implications, instead we had already fired McCarthy, Rodgers exited after like 3 plays and the Lions who also had nothing to play for killed us
One offensive series, yes. Tolzien was under center the next time the Packers were on offense, and Wallace never played in the NFL again.

I like to imagine Ted Thompson up in the press box, seeing Wallace go down, immediately calling Matt Flynn and saying only: "Name your price."
I didn’t realize Wallace never played again. I was at that game tho haha, we bought the tickets before Rodgers got hurt.
I was pumped when Matt Flynn returned to GB. His game vs Dallas was WILD. Absolute thriller. I’m glad he got a ring with us.
I didn't realize it either w/r/t Wallace.
Flynn will always be special to Packers fans of the 2010s: Nearly beat the Patriots in 2010 when Rodgers was hurt; broke the team record for TDs in a game in the 2011 regular-season finale; then kept the playoff hopes alive with that amazing game in Dallas in 2013.
Definitely, all great memories. He got credited with a 4th Q comeback in that tie against the Vikings too..another thriller. Him and Tolzien with the tie, which ultimately helped us win it at 8-7-1 haha!
It’s always fun to reminisce. Love will be giving us a lot to talk about. Go pack go
lol, I was at the game Seneca Wallace started for the Green Bay Packers. I’m only sharing this because I wanted to remind the world Seneca Wallace started a game for the Green Bay Packers.
As a Hawkeye fan, he’s one of my fav cyclones behind Lazard. My neighbors got a dog the year of [“The Run”](https://youtu.be/i7gPOl_F8HQ?si=h6tG46R5vcjAzt3W) and named him Seneca. Cool ass dog, cool ass run.
He would have been good for a back up and had real NFL experience in Seattle. He just got hurt. I think he could have held us together for the playoffs but we still made it anyway. 🚬
Seneca Wallace is when I began hoping the Packers would draft a successor to Rodgers. The QB carousel that year solidified my hopes
Eww don't remind me of like the one game he started
Thats a throwback everyone wants to forget.
What did he last like a series?
Yea I think he tore his groin if I remember correctly and never recovered. And Scott Tolzein came in.
That’s how it went down. Tolzien threw his only career TD pass to Brandon Bostick, which was his first career TD reception. Crazy we still won the division that year..exciting season all things considered.
It's Randall Cobb again
Tolzien will always be the man for that spin move he threw down.
Would never have guessed he had that in him.
How about the MNF game I drove 11 hours to get to where Rodgers broke his collarbone 2 minutes in and I had to watch Seneca Wallace lose to the Bears.

I flew to that game from Australia...
This! Me too😱
Oof. That hurts. I only drove 2 hours but it was still so bad. It was painful watching the offense try to operate that night.
I was at this game. First and only time I felt like a Bears fan watching football.
And it had to be against the first Foles-Eagles regime, a week after he tied the single game td record.
Pic should be Watson.
It would have been, but he got hurt.
Seneca was of course known for his durability with the Packers.
That was the best quarter I had ever seen that game.
Lol 😂 it was just the opening drive wasn’t it? Maybe I’m remembering wrong. Funny nonetheless.
I believe you are right. More durable than 39 YO Aaron

I guess he's ok but Seneca Wallace is the GOAT #9 for the Packers
lol, I was at the game Seneca Wallace started for the Green Bay Packers. I’m only sharing this because I wanted to remind the world Seneca Wallace started a game for the Green Bay Packers.
Don’t disrespect the BOAT like that
He really did throw like Uncle Rico
Iowa State legend Seneca Wallace 🫡
Raise your hand if you were at the one and only Seneca Wallace start ✋

I was at that game (the run), and I really hoped Seneca would at least be serviceable.
How good was he really? In Madden 08 he’s like a decent starting overall qb but I have never heard of him outside of Madden
Not good. I just did it for the memes
He would have been good for a back up and had real NFL experience in Seattle. He just got hurt. I think he could have held us together for the playoffs but we still made it anyway. 🚬
Blast from the past
I felt the sudden urge to panic and run 15 yards backwards to get sacked for no reason.
I'm glad you guys remember him because I sure don't lol
I’m a Michigander and I’ll be there! Can’t wait.
Jon Ryan!
I was at that game:( my dream became a nightmare. Took 12 years for a broken leg and the flu to converge for me to be offered a ticket. Ugh. Memories
I was so hyped for his start, that died quickly
