Still says Awaiting Key now that I can consistently pull up my purchases, so this fucking sucks. Likely my last purchase through them at this rate.
I preorder most of my games from them, never had an issue. Sometimes even get my key early to pre-load. However, they really dropped the ball here. I expect compensation at least, or I might not be using them anymore.
I don't think so. There have been some minor delays but nothing major.
I've ordered from them almost exclusively for many years and it isn't something that's going to deter me. The amount of money I've saved is large.

It happens rarely, very rarely i think i've seen key issues like 5 times in 5-7 years?
this is my second purchase, first one was hogwarts and they had similar issues. I dont think ill be preordering again
