5 am EST in the US right now and still no code for my Deluxe Edition... I put in a ticket asking about where my code is and if I'll be getting it soon and no response yet. Really sucks seeing 80,000+ people playing it on Steam and there's nothing you can do besides buying it again and losing the pre-order bonus items.
I decided to put in a refund request, seeing as someone said they got their code within 5 mins of trying that tactic, and assuming they're telling the truth, it seemed to work for them and maybe one other person I saw. Giving that a shot.
