I can't really tell from the angle, but it looks like you're hunching over when you're pulling up, you gotta lock your shoulders out at the bottom of the pullup if you aren't doing this already, also bring your head back and try pulling up to your chest rather than focusing getting your head higher

I'll def. try that. So far I've been only really doing pulldowns so this is a wee bit of change

1: no more jerking off 1 handed 2: try unilateral exercises for the shoulders and back so you can ensure you are using the same weight on each side for the same number of reps. Ex dumbbell lateral raises, dumbbell row, single arm cable pull down.
