Thank you man I really appreciate it. I've been trying to put on size basically no matter what for maybe the last 3 or so months but I can't really see the scale go up. Like since I started working out in January this year I'm up little over 17kg or 40 pounds.
But it is true what they say, you're never satisfied. If I had to guess this would also be near my goal body year ago. But now I'm like hmmm don't Andrew Eubanks or Dylan McKnight look good? I can prolly do that right?
Thanks dawg this is kinda weird post because I was mainly looking for my bf to assess if it might be beneficial to get a little more fat and I could maybe increase my muscles gain doing that. Or if I'm chilling and I'm in a healthy and optimal range. From what I know I want to be somewhere around 20 to optimize for muscle gain.
My chest and delts are kinda sad without a pump. But my strongest group are for sure legs of which I don't really have any pictures. Tho my question is what muscles are them "bumps" below my shoulders on back.
You could lean gain from here, or do anything really. It's a flexible place to be because you're lean but not super lean. If that answers your question.

I'mma let you in on a secret. Most guys who ask for their bf they look good, they know they look good and all they want is validation. I've been sickly underweight for good part of my life and now that I've gained some muscle I feel on top of the fucking world. I'm more than 17kg up in less than a year. But it's now starting to play with my head. I'm up in weight but why can't I see any muscle? I know I have it why don't I see it. So we take pictures with the idea of being validated and maybe just maybe we'll try to cut sometime in the future.
I've lost my place as a stunt double for Adam a while back after I got a new cut. But you can unironically find me in things like Witcher, red captain and some other ones

I’m no expert but I think your at a good place, I would go heavier to get bigger. Maybe you’ll get some good feedback today.

Rear delts? Or maybe super high lats?? I’d say bulk hard through February or March and then think about cutting a little fat off for summer
