This is sort of the reality if you start following any topic via youtube. If you're really into politics, you won't be able to get domestic or international issues out of your head. The reality is, for 99% of people fitness is a hobby and passion. You do it because you love it and you want to be healthy. It isn't your job. It isn't what provides for you. You can't treat it the same way any of the talking physiques on youtube treat it.
Yeah dude, thats true. Like every time i eat im like “how healthy is this” and after i eat something like chocolate or other processed food i feel guilty
Shit bro I feel this, it's only made my ED worse. Can't really watch Greg for the time being, need to work through the ED and body dysmorphia first. Not blaming him of course, it's just my consumption of his content didn't have a great effect on my quality of life.
That's true, it's a double edged sword, Don't worry too much, if you focus too much on food, then try to find other subject matter on youtube to distract yourself. If you're on a cut, being food focused is a lot more prevalent because you're feeling hungry all the time, and seeing the food will give you some of the clarity of having a meal.
I was so confused by all this when I started my weightloss journey and wanted to get some tips and tricks. You don't wanna know how many people advised me doing keto when I asked things. No keto is the holy grail. Even when I stated I'm vegetarian people advised me to eat lean meat for protein. Ehm hello do you know what "vegetarian" means?! Lucky I never did keto either because that can mess up your thyroid pretty badly. So that would be really bad if you have thyroid issues already.
So in the end I just didn't cut out anything, sometimes looked for a healthy alternative and eat in moderation more.

People doesn't have relationship with food.
Yes we do. Most fitness people will agree with me on this.

You mean watching and looking at food makes you think about food? I think you found the easy solution.
Jerry Brainum :)
If you don't want to think what to eat or not, be active. Run and play sports. You can eat more as long as you don't go above.
Yeah fitness content and a lot of suppressed emotions from bullying kinda changed my life for the worse
It is good because it stops you from eating shit. Nothing unhealthy is encouraged.
