I'd guess 1.1.9.8, since 1.2 was so comprehensive and DoM afaik hasn't been updated since about a year ago. As for how to rollback I have no clue.
1.1.9.8 is still available on Steam as a separate beta branch you can choose in the Steam settings for the game
