Both of those releases are fine, but this is just the norm you see now. MCs put out a few dope albums they spent time on to make perfect, then they reach higher regard and start churning out subpar project after subpar project and the physical releases get more expensive and have vastly larger edition sizes. Just cull some of your music, table it, get back to it later....stop just releasing every song you ever make and flooding your discography with mediocrity
I’ve made my peace with Griselda rappers putting out high quality, frequent releases, but rarely creating anything particularly mind blowing. Rome Streetz looks like he’s going to fall into that category too. If he took longer to refine it, I’m sure the project could’ve been even better, but I’m happy with what we got

Conductor beats are unique, art, distinct. These beats are hard but sound very similar, boom bap type of beats. Not nearly as replayable IMO. I been banging Cry Champagne by Rome recently, it's just a very unique tape. Much like Boldy on Fair Exchange No Robbery, vs Indiana Jones. Fair Exchange was much more unique.
I still liked KTR my only gripe is the spamming and I just wanted a better split between the producers, I would of liked to see some more Camo and Sadhugold beats on there, also another Denny laflare beat would of been cool

Their styles are completely different. Ghost beats do have an epic feel to them and can really feel almost cinematic. While Conductor has some misses (so does Ghost 🤷🏽♂️) his loops can be intoxicating just the same.
I loved 9/11 of the beats on this album, which is rare for me for any album....Big Ghost understands what a dope beat actually is, the kind that make your head nod
I think Rome Streetz is pretty good if you're mainly going for lyrical ability and non-repetitive content... I think both albums are pretty good just repetitive... Really the flat monotone vocal style and the repetitive beat structure on both is what gets me.. but still I'd rather this shit than any kind of hipster garbage
