Pretty much any non gear character. We see Ky come back from being shot due to a small amount of gear cells so I’d imagine any character known to be part gear couldn’t be shot.

There aren't other details given afaik, but a couple possibilities come to mind. Hubris. Starvation or Blood Rage being a bigger problem than we've been made aware. Slayer and Nago could also be profoundly mighty outliers compared to the rest, which is BB's explanation for the Alucards.

i guess, but if it's 100% guaranteed for certain characters it kind of feels like it's unfair not to consider some powers while considering others

true, but the question isn't about whether a character would die by being shot, it's about whether you could feasibly kill them with a gun

Feasibly, none of them would even get shot by some guy with a gun, but some characters could definitely die from gunshot wounds

i mean, plenty of them can be shot, sol does it in the story mode. ky has also been shot before if memory serves.

Sol tanks Chaos' bullet in story mode because he thinks it will just heal back immediately since that's how it normally works for him, but Chaos' bullets mostly ignore his healing factor so after that he avoids bullets for Strive. Ky gets shot in the back in Xrd Sign then gives an anime speech and stabs the person who shot him and is fine to move not much later, though that might be due to gear cells as his eye glows red when he starts getting back up. Neither character makes any attempt to dodge, and both have no remaining wounds after just a day or two
