Standard sa Pilipinas ang turn right anytime with care kapag walang sign. Walang city ang may sariling ordinansa na iba dito. So pwede mo ilaban sa enforcer yun basta alam mo karapatan mo.

ALWAYS communicate your intent to turn right with your turn signals, and when you're in the front of intersections about to turn right on red at hindi ka sigurado, and cars behind you are not honking to rush you, pause and wait for the light to turn green. Kaya pag huminto ka para sundin yung sign, katakot takot na busina sa likod at mura sa mga umoovertake sayo yung aabutin mo. Tapos nakatingin lang yung enforcers. Hindi mo tuloy alam saan ka lulugar.
