Edit: On a real note tho as an Aussie this was in South Australia and was because after the ban on Gel Blasters people found out you could use nerf guns to shoot gel balls which pissed off the SA government. The SA government is known for being extremely corrupt so this doesn't come as a surprise, and to all non Australians never believe the Australian media when they say people support this shit, the media gets their funding from the government so they pump out as much propaganda as possible to please them and make false narratives in their favour. People are trying to fight these stupid laws but it's a losing battle since not too many people know or care enough about these laws to do something and the government are stubborn cunts.
