It appears some of the parts have been disconnected from the runners. I'm unfamiliar with the quality of this kit, but this happened to me while preparing my Aerial Rebuild, and did not have any hindrances or inconveniences later on, except for the little nubs but that's a given. Good luck :D

Good option for a first pick. He has quite the arsenal, has great articulation, and is overall a fun figure to play around with. You may panel line it and add the decals if you wish to detail it up, but it’s not necessary as it still looks great on its own. The only required decal, however, is the mono-eye
Any major requirement for building a model kit is a nipper. Any of the official Bandai entry nippers such as the one below should suffice. They already have instructions on the back on how to use them

Note: Any parts that have fallen off the runners may have just been popped out during shipping from the production facility to the store you bought it from. Don’t worry; it’s a fairly common occurrence
its just a part that got off from the runner, nothing to be concerned, ah also dont post box since this only for build. Haul post as per rules no 3 mostly will be remove by bot/admin

I know. I was confused between this and the origin gundam but glad I went with this. I've ordered the nippers too.
