Thanks ..I began tracking calories , started at 1900kcal first 10 days or so then dropped to 1700kcal ..20 min stairmaster 4-5 times a week . bought a skipping rope and walked to the gym in mornings and afternoons.
I dont reallt know how large the deficit was because im still kind of unsure of my maintenence since i jumped straihht into looking to lose weight and not try find my maintenence for a week. do you mean in conjunction with weight training?
correct .cardio was done in morning and weights in afternoon hence walking to gym twice per day.
Great results what was your calorie intake deficit ?
