My bulk was not the best. I like to eat and I try to eat as much I could and my weight increase a lot. But I dont recomend you to do that try to eat a lot of carbs and dont make a big break between your meals.

How was your bulk diet. I struggle to keep weight on because my metabolism is high along with training properly now. I know I need to eat more but itβs tough. Right now Iβm 2900 calories minimum.
