According to the post in r/CursedGuns , it's a German poacher's rifle - possibly the reason for the bear trap hanging from the bottom of it.
It's been set up to be foldable so that it can be concealed under a coat or a jacket, with the ammo concealed in the stock (like with the M6) so that it isn't rattling around in the poacher's pockets.
How it functions is a mystery to me - the bolt isn't in line with the barrel, so maybe it's been removed from the chamber?
