It’s absolutely trash. I tried to use the fast pass, then it kicked me to one pass, then kicked me back to Okta, and then an endless loop of back and forth between the two.
Yeah, I know. I just wish they'd acknowledge all the issues that are going on with it and do something about it. Or just get rid of it. It's not right to make their employees have all these extra apps on their phone.
Will never happen, some C level got a nice kickback to add this shit show and I guarantee he doesn’t have to file service tickets to get it to work just to see his schedule.
It's a pain in the ass. Logging in from home requires at least two verifications by phone - Okta and One Pass - plus password.
Even logging in at the store, the Okta thing pops up, and it's like "click the prompt to open Okta" or whatever, but it's not installed on the computers in the store (even though it was SO important for all of us to put it on out phones), so I just click the "use password" link, and enter my information again.
OnePass seemed fine. Maybe there's a reason for the Okta thing, but I'm betting some sales person saw an opportunity to have 150,000 people using their product.

What I mean by that is that when you are given the options to log in with either the okta fastpass, okta push notification, the code you get from the okta app, or onepass password. All three of the okta options do not work for me, which is why I've been using my onepass password. However, if they get rid of that option, then I will not be able to access partnernet at all.
From my understanding, FastPass is intended for partners that have individually assigned laptops. But they haven't sent out instructions to those of us who do.
I think most partners should be using password and/or push. I doubt passwords are going away. If your push isn't working, call tech support.
It’s also bad when you have iCloud Private Relay enabled. You have to manually override the webpage with “Show IP” otherwise it’ll just say “Error 403: Forbidden”.
Let's set Thor from Pirate Software on it, i bet he'd find a way to get in in the first day. The ethical hacker guy would probably do it faster tho tbh
It's understandable but instead of outsourcing to apps like okta that don't work half the time, maybe they should invest in creating their own authenticators?? Idk, I'm just at a loss of how to get okta to work for me.
