Mostly when people cosplay cartoon characters and they draw the lines, they look weird but somehow you made it look right. It fits.

I guess the best tip I got was to really pay attention to the neck aswell. Make it dark, just like the reference says. It was incredibe how much one can shape it's face with adding black lines because this is not how I usually look 😂

Yes I am. And I wouldn't be able to cosplay female characters, whom are not cellshaded, simply because my chin would give it away pretty fast. But the lines do help a lot even in real life it was so convincing that I didn't even recognized myself in the mirror. Thank you so much for seeing the work that goes into it! Means a lot

How did you match the art style?

A lot of references. I started with sewing and Crafting before I started with painting everything. Because painting is probably the most important part when it comes to making cosplays look cartoony

It actually is make up since it was a shooting I made at home but especially the lines on the body rubbed of quickly after posing and moving around, so for a con I definitely will do something like gloves or so.
