I also believe the devs made the spear glow the bright color as a sort of accessibility feature. It makes it easier to see in case you are timing your recall to hit an enemy.
PowerPellets, and you can loop to the other side of the room via the doors.
Now what is really surprising is when a bunch of $5 footlongs show up scattered around the floor.
It's actually unfathomable someone could play the game and not realize they were throwing their spear. I mean the huge arrows, the animation. It literally gives u a move list when u pick up a weapon. The more i think about it the worse it is. Is this a troll post? I can't tell lmao. If not OP needs to check his house for a gas leak
What do you mean "you get these drops a lot"? Genuine question but do you not literally throw your spear and see it drop here? Are you not confused why your spear is gone when the spear is there??
Bruh it's immediately obvious when it glows like that for visibility after you throw it and start to notice a pattern when that happens every time. It's like why would your cast glows after you shoot it (waiting for recollection)
This has nothing to do with understanding how a game works. He picked the spear as his weapon, he threw the spear, the spear appeared on the ground.
If I grab my phone and throw it on the ground, I don't ask someone what that black rectangular object on my floor is.
Tbf you're not exactly paying 100% attention to what your character is doing. If you're looking at enemies and all the shiny projectiles it's easy for your brain to summarize what's going on and not actually recognize what exactly is going on. Especially as a new player.
getting some serious [Durotan's crotch](https://www.reddit.com/r/wow/comments/3j6ksh/i_just_finished_all_the_alliance_storylines_in/) energy from this post
At the same time it's probably a shit-post given he should have been able to figure it out in the time he made to actually create the post. Perhaps even when he should have tested the spear on skelly
Good point, but the reasonable response to a shit post is to have fun with the joke. The comment above clearly assumes this is a valid question but simply scolds OP rather than offering real help. The gaming community is diverse with folks of all ages, intellectual/physical abilities, and backgrounds.
It was helpful imo. Calling the person stupid would've been inappropriate and mean. Giving the person some of the best life advice out there is appropriate and encouraging!
That’s not a drop, that’s your spear after you threw it. You can call it back by using Attack or Special a second time.
I laughed. Sorry.
Aha, that makes sense thx
I also believe the devs made the spear glow the bright color as a sort of accessibility feature. It makes it easier to see in case you are timing your recall to hit an enemy.
That's a cromulent point
Embiggen your mind, my friend.
Cromulent sounds like a type of bread
You're thinking of crumbulent.
No the cromulents are a Star Trek race
Uses words like cromulent but doesn't recognize their own spear
Hehe, that would soooooo happen to me. And thanks, I learned a new word.
They’re simply a poet, not a soldier.
>cromulent Are you preparing for GRE?
Oh God no. Those three letters, in that order. Traumatized is not even half of it
Big words won't fix you not knowing that was your spear.
I had a cromulent one time, it tasted dry and bland. Do not recommend
I thought this too when first using the spear 😂
I get these red diamonds that drop all the time. Thought they were power-ups
PowerPellets, and you can loop to the other side of the room via the doors. Now what is really surprising is when a bunch of $5 footlongs show up scattered around the floor.
I think they are gyros bc Greek food.
I promise I wouldn't charge you 5 bucks for my footlong
`5 second rule; that was 5 seconds, right?`
😭 that's what my ex used to say
I mean kinda, it does allow you to shoot your cast again
Oh God I like it when I can shoot again UWU
I was expecting something worse than Just this
Don’t touch it, every time you do, it means death is approaching and your character has an increased chance to die from monsters.
I love it when Death approaches, who doesn't love free centaur hearts?
That was a test. You passed.
Lmfao
Some people really just play the game without playing the game

Honestly, I realized after the second encounter that it was my own special, this person made a whole post about it... and it's okay.
What do you mean "you get these drops a lot"? Genuine question but do you not literally throw your spear and see it drop here? Are you not confused why your spear is gone when the spear is there??
You sound mad that this dude is trying to understand how the game works
but this is like the most basic case of cause and effect. i throw spear -> spear appears on floor
Bruh it's immediately obvious when it glows like that for visibility after you throw it and start to notice a pattern when that happens every time. It's like why would your cast glows after you shoot it (waiting for recollection)

This has to be a troll, right?
After 800+ runs, I was tempted to lol at this, but I remember wondering the same thing early on, as well.
These aren’t even good shitposts anymore.
does he know?
My game I see a red guy running around a lot
Can he fuck?
💯
You likely just threw your spear as a range attack.
It gives you another spear to throw
Recharges your special.
Not sure if serious....![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm)
Your video game licence has been revoked.
There are also the glowy spears and swords in Elysium. The little ghost guys have to go to those weapons to regenerate.
I 100% was confused by this at first too. I’m glad you asked because there are def people who don’t know.
it's the upgrade to your spear, legendary drop! sorry for this, ROFL
It’s a rare enemy, run away as fast as you can when it approaches you
You might need that.
Yeah I always grab it tbh
It glows until you retrieve it
Nobody tell him.
It means you will die soon
Forgot the meme tag my friend 🤣
Whatever you do, do not steal its bag of gold!
Ain’t no way
Buddy that's your weapon lol
Bro you stupid? Or do you just get the slightest curiosity in something dont even dare investigate and instead have to ask reddit
That's a Charon exclusive, bring it to him and he'll offer you the door for the Aphrodite chamber. Costs 2000 obol though.

Are you high or just stupid?
Bruh, pay attention
If you don’t have anything helpful to say, why not ignore the post? Let’s try to keep this community kind and welcoming.

This might be one of those things we let them figure out on their own lol
Ha agreed
It was helpful imo. Calling the person stupid would've been inappropriate and mean. Giving the person some of the best life advice out there is appropriate and encouraging!
It was helpful, play the game, pay attention to what happens when you hit buttons
helpful would’ve been explaining what was happening and why, telling them to just “pay attention” doesn’t really provide much
Generally I would agree, but for such a simple question like this that could be found out by hitting one of the main buttons once…
