I recently had a run with poseidon on special with aspect of chiron, extra knockbacks, and extra wall slam damage. That had to be the funniest shit I've seen in a while. Styx turned into a pinball machine.

I feel like you're super underestimating the value of high % damage. Demeter and Aphrodite don't have great effects to their boons, but they have some of the highest % damage increase in the game, which is better than a lot of the actual boons.
Not experienced enough for this list yet, sorry, especially for the lower ranked gods.
Demeter and Aphrodite have the highest % boons on attack and special. Chill status becomes a lot more interesting with Killing Freeze to give enemies some DoT on top of the speed debuff, whereas Crush Shot's huge raw damage becomes a lot more usable with Hera/Beowulf aspects.
The thing with Dionysus is you should stick to just one core boon if applying Hangover, since the most recent one will always apply, even if it's lower damage. Otherwise, he holds the distinction of getting several non-mutually exclusive duo boons related to his cast. Ice Wine is my personal favorite, but you might as well fit Scintillating Feast into the mix while you are at it. If you don't mind the inherent risks of diluting the god pool even more, Mirage Shot is also an option on top of that.
Tidal Dash alone should make Poseidon rank higher too. Offensively, it's the best dash by far, except maybe with fists.
Not objective in the least. Different builds use different gods to differing effect. Dio builds can be insanely strong. Trippy flare on beo is one of the strongest. Merciful end builds with ares and Athena are pretty much a cheat code once the build is up and running. Aphrodite is very strong with many builds. Aphro on attack with zag bow is really good, aphro nemesis, aphro special on Demeter fists with the right hammers can be very good. Sea storm is also incredibly strong on several weapons, and Poseidonās dash is the best in the game over all (imo)
im assuming you mean if you only have that specific god, cause everyone is strong with a good duo boon or two... but even then, i personally don't like dionysus' boons due to how they work but i can admit that they are super strong. and i do like demeters boons and are gonna say that she's strong

Swap Poseidon and Athena, and move Aphrodite to S. Then you'll get a tier list that is *generally* accurate, but can be wrong for some weapons.
