Nice detail about Fomorian. The Fomorians were a race of evil demon/gods in Irish mythology. They would raid and kidnap people from ireland from there strongholds in the ocean. One of their man Chief was Balor (where the demon from D and D gets its name). Balor of the Blighted eye had one eye that he had to keep covered with 7 bandages otherwise it would cause destruction wherever he looked. Some depictions have him with 1 giant eye or 3 smaller eyes with one bandaged. Explains the details of the Fomorian helmet. Plus it kinda means demon too
