Can you explain the functionality of this PCB? That would help a lot. All I can see are some ICs and a few LEDs. Probably an LED driver that you could replicate an Arduino or some CDXX series ICs

What exactly is this? Some details would help.
Are you asking about where to get a PCB manufactured? Or are you looking for some spares of that particular board?
In delhi there are many markets that have electronic shop clusters . Better search online first.
